1) Ultimatum or Magie

I might go for Ultimatum since the sound is better, even though the version with Babia and Eric Tutsi should've been out.

2) Pas de Faux Pas - Etage Ya Suka

Very underrated album.

3) Affaire d'État?
i would pay i nice bit of money to hear the version with Babia (R.I.P) and Tutsi

Indeed lol Willy Bula sing in the first version of Ultimatum too.

Back to the topic my favourite Quartier Latin album will always be Magie (I know.every song by heart lol). I wish I was older back then. Everybody must have been impressed that Koffi adapt his style to compete with Wenge by surrounding himself with youngsters
Willy bula too :o damn do you think koffi got it in his vault or its some song that got lost

I thought magie was OK i like the intro but the record that stand out the most to me is petit na london such a smooth record

1. Force De frappe
Hands down one of my favorite Koffi/QL albums just on the intro alone Aquarelle, Eternellement ,Kompressor, Dulcinee, Arche de noe, Pragmatisme all fire songs Mamale Tupac and Jordan Kusa really shine on this album
2. Ultimatum
This the only QL album where they got the credit alone anway classic album intro fire as always Bouro Mpela stand out as a star on  here, Miss Nicole, Ali Debs, Fois cent, Sheraton, Mbrime all classic songs
3. Droit De Veto
Hey say what u want about Depitsho's voice he sounds like Kermit the frog lol etc but he made this album STAND OUT  period and i think his voice is pretty unique he killed it on Retour Riva, his own song Shopping is quite nice as well. But everytime i listen to this album i wonder what wouldve happend if Sam never left QL smh
4. Affaire D'Etat
Piwawa.... thats all i gotta say FIRE
5. Pas De Faux Pas
Slept on this album heavy but after a few spins its great

would werrason commenting on it solve the problem ?

For the Instagram pages and the public opinion yes, but for the real situation no, African and Congo in particular are lead by people who will sell their mother into slavery if they get some money, so even if Werra, FALLY etc. will sing for Congo, Congo can be saved only by replacing the Congolese politician leaders Mentality they have the potential to bring Congo to be the best African country but prefer spending tax money of players into Mabangas and nightclubs
Congos problem and the rest of non white peoples problem can be solved by replacing racism/white supremacy with justice

These wee supposed to be free  songs ..a good way to remember her mother . why put them on paid streaming platform? YouTube shoud have been enough.
Man if you dont take your hate somewhere else i get it everbody dont like koffi but god damn this a thread about two tribute songs he did for his mother have some respect

his beef with papa wemba

His beef with Papa Wemba? Koffi have beef with every single Congolese musicians even some foreign(Alpha Blondy) you can make movie Koffi vs Nyoka Longo(Zaiko) that was huge back then.

Koffi had problem with everyone including Grand Maître Franco, next stop Innos, Bebe Tshor and Tshotsha.
i heard about the beef wit Nyoka Longo (i would love to hear more about it) and his beefs with different congolese artist like JB Mpiana, Felix Wazekwa, Werrason etc but Papa wemba is the stand out one cuz papa wemba was his mentor at one point in time, movie/series cant cover everything so you gotta take the most IMPORTANT and interesting parts in his life u get me ?
