My favorite QL member after the first generation left read about his story on here, so sad and unfortunate cause his voice was so unique one of a kind...

reading all these stories got me thinking that we need a QL tv series or a documentary this is apart of classic music history and deserves to be put in that form of media i keep hearing how big congolese music was in the 90s and the fact that we havent gotten a documentary series of that era is wild to me what do yall think maybe theres a reason that i dont know of

whos in QL nowdays ? like what are their names ? me personally i cant stand koffis voice it sounds like a auto tune muffle sound

legendary group the greatest group to ever come out of congo full of talented singers and instrumentalists with four classic albums in a decade with the best one being Ultimatum and the most underrated album being Force de frappe

And I thought Werra's A La Queue Leu Leu era hairstyles and Koffi's Effrakata era cornrows/braids were hard to compete with in terms of audacity. He should've worn that hairstyle during Bercy or at least leave it uncovered, he could've set a new hair trend ;D.

I've been thinking of experimenting with my hair and seeing this pic has given me inspiration. What would my local barber think?
Yeah the effrakata braids were terrible. Your local barber will probably roast you for trying to have that hairstyle in 2022
