the contrast when he talks about one f and when he talks about another.... however i knew there would be two concerts more or less in the same place
You are good at reading people Archos. Anyone who is good can see and feel the envy, hate from these guys facial expression thank God Maman Marie and Sylia Aigle Jaune's prayers you keep Ferre safe. This is beyond normal its become a sect againt one but my man Ferre Gola still standing
You lack objectivity in your analysis. You’re a fanatic - essentially the same as Mbuta Kiss and all of them.

Ken Bilele made a strong case and how Ferre could improve. Archos did the same. Yet here you are spewing this nonsense that doesn’t take into consideration the reality of the matter.

I’m a big fan of Ferre before you go on trying to discredit what I’m saying.

honestly i am tempted to say it helps them in nothing, since its not based anymore on whats THEIR JOB but the outcomes of their jobs while they are in a job where the biggest clown ever could with luck, good opportunity or great staff pull incredible "outcome"
when i mean outcome its "ba plein",awards and so on,even in live performances i have seen in some countries like here in france comedians  having concerts(michael youn for those who know him) which were way more lit that of some professional talented singers
it used to help them at the beginning when they had everything to prove but now it mainly helps fans to vent their anger due to taxes and so on lol i am being a bit caricatural here but its more or less that, one hell lot of noise ,few constructive stuff
its basically more and more about boosting egos of the fans and of them artists rather than raising the artistic game like their elders did for a relentless 10  years  end of last century to half of first decade
Good analysis, appreciate it.

Super dope song and video. Very creative.

Are they based in Kin or Europe?

from the info i have got, promoters did not give him his money for the second show so the musicians did not arrived for soundcheck and it dragged on and on while fans where starting to enter the hall not knowing about what was going on
Then that's a serious matter and glad he stood his grounds. I found that mpiaka theory silly because there was only one picture been shared as the only evidence.

I'm curious, in your opinion, how does the ongoing rift between Fally and Ferre concretely help each artists? Other than the buzz it creates.

20
What is the comparison? The two artistes do completely different styles of music, different voices and different music and lyric arrangement and different type of audience. We can compare the attendance and maybe Swag if it really matters.
Yes you're right. They're two different artists with different styles.

But you can still be objective about the performance. You could for instance compare stage preference, fan engagement, level of professionalism.

Also, another poster said that Ferré sang with his live voice, whereas Fally used autotune. That's one thing to compare.

Swag is a subjective thing and in this context not very relevant.

Yeah true this Tokoos thing is just spoiling the shows, but if his fans are entertained its a win, Personally I wouldn't attend his shows cause its not what I like him for, as for the other when I can't say much because of language and knowing where to get better version of what he emulating.
Well said and I tend to agree. I would still attend both shows because I know what to expect from both artists. On another note I feel like with this Tokoos thing, Fally has found a way to prolong his career even further because he doesn't need to rely on purely singing. In comparison to Ferré who prides himself on having a great singing voice.

Style versus substance.

I saw this coming. I see both sides of the argument, but I don’t understand how they’re beefing over something that happened 21 years ago.
But that being said if you were to ask people who’s more known I’m sure people would know who Aimelia is more that Kibens, Rio, and Chai.

bro congolese artists can fight over "akatelaki nga lipa te "40 years ago  :D :D :D :D :D
Lolol this shit is really entertaining.

Lias is an great singer, that's undeniable. But all these people questioning his behaviour leads me to believe them. He's just a wack type of dude.

And plus, I think BCBG should just adopt the tactics of Papa Chérie and informé all this nonsense. Like JB says "naboyiiiiii. Na ko loba teeeeeeeee"

Good for him. Private show in my mind means smaller crowd. Compared the to 3500+ that was planned for the Palais de Sports. So is this a good idea if he wants to quit his detractors?

Just listen to some of the song he has inspired

(Seben Part)

But my favourite song of him will be always this

The 3:34 inspire so many songs
Thanks for sharing. Yes, ka vérité is also one of my favorite song. Love the way he introduced the team members in such a unique way.

I have listened to all those songs. But if you could put it in writing, how did he influence them?

Thanks for sharing.

25
He alluded to the promoters not meeting their engagement....

Does anyone really know what happened?

26
One relied in autotune and the other one on pure talent and raw...you figure it out
Lol yeah I understand. Did you watch both performances?

Congolese Music / Re: DEPLICK'S ALBUM IS OUT
« on: February 13, 2021, 22:09 »
Jopanais worked with Ferre in QQJD remember but there wasn't a big difference.
You're right. That générique was lackluster. But after mi-ange, i think Japonais could still pull something.

I think I have watched both shows, Ferre nailed the Regarde Moi song and got the reaction (joyful) from the audience  that Fally hardly gets on that venue in terms of whole performance, Fally has variety and his band is sort fun to watch regardless of the now boring dances but live the King is the King.
Thanks for your response. In watching Fally, it's easy to see how well he has mastered the stage and delivering shows. It's seamless transition between sets, professional, and almost too easy.

Recognizing at this stage in their careers they make different type of music, do you think Fally's style of music is better for live concert? More urban, more upbeat, almost the same type of show over and over (resulting in mastering the details) compared to Ferré who is alot more mellow and focussed on the vocal execution?

Nzinzi is the song that got me interested in Kester.

As someone who occasionally listens to Kester, I recognize his grandeur and significance to our music.

Can you guys enlighten me and elaborate what made Kester great and so revered by many? In other words, what was special about Kester?

As I always say, the reason why our music will never move forward are these. Bro even Drake and Meek Mill squashed their beef and made a song togheter why Congolese artist can't do the same?

I blame the staff members who talk BS about someone so they can appease the other. Of course, our artists have these complexes so they probs agree with their ass-kissers.
I'm glad you mentioned Drake and Meek situation. The difference in my opinion with western artists in my opinion is the financial implications. More than ever, these artists and their management team understands how to capitalize off beef (create buzz) and then how much they can gain from squashing beef.

Congolese artists in my opinion lack this awareness. Rather they are stuck in this vicious cycle or false superiority complex (esprit Wenge). They don't truly realize how much they can actually benefit from working together (new markets, different fans, more streams, sponsors, productions). Business is business.
