Congolese Music / Re: Kunzardo in a interview

Janvion, I also noticed that Bercy and Kirikou used the same "hein yango" animation. (Bercy at the end of Kibombanda and Kirikou   in Courrer De Jupon)

Bercy did do his own stuff in Boite Noire. It's the animation after Muana Congo's animation.Bercy was the one who created that animation but I think Ferre gave it to Muana Congo to do at concerts
no mate, it was the other way around....that animation was created by Muana Congo but Ferre gave it to Bercy. Boite Noire is Kunzardo's generique and Bercy was given the Coupe Decale one and kibombanda generique was a mix and Bercy used Kiriki animation on that one aswell.

It was originally done by Bercy.

Yeah Ferre sang good but the only thing that meesed him up was when his voice cracked for a couple seconds.

Bercy did do his own stuff in Boite Noire. It's the animation after Muana Congo's animation.Bercy was the one who created that animation but I think Ferre gave it to Muana Congo to do at concerts (even though he could've done Lubukulukumu). Bercy said in an interview that they did a generique which was supposed to be the main one and the current main one was supposed to be the second. And when Ferre went to Paris to do the mixing he removed that generique from the album and Bercy strated that generique by going "toko kende likolo".So alot of Bercy's work was removed. And Bercy also had an animation that went like "oko boma nga lelo Jackie Chan" which wasn't used in Boite Noire.

For a independence day concert in Luanda. It was like Heritier and Ferre were battling each other both were singing very good.

Aww man the website says it only contains videos for the vol 1. version and not the vol. 2 version.
One way of maximising on sales.
Yeah I know what their doing but at least release both versions at the same time so people can watch all of it at the same time and not wait for the other version to come out whenever that is.

Are there people who buy such?.....actually yes, I have been to nite clubs where they play dvd's instead of CD's, they actually show the videos on multiple screens.

Kunzardo is talented and I give Ferre thumbs up coz many leaders would have been confused and ended up not giving him space.
Why do you say that? He would've space from any artsiest if he wasn't with Ferre.

He confirms that that the "alati string" animation was the animation of a guy who is now at Maison Mere(Kirikou) and they gave it to Bercy because Kirikou didn't have the voice to do it.
So now you accept what I have been saying....... that Bercy did absolutely nothing on Boite Noire right?
Bercy did a lot of work in concerts that wasn't used in the album.

Congolese Music / Kunzardo in a interview
« on: June 06, 2014, 03:31 »

He says that Bercy was the captain of the animation department in Ferre's group and he(Kunzardo) was the chef. He says the day before the Zenith concert Ferre told him that after the Zenith concert big things happen to Kunzardo and after that he came up with the very successful dance and animation "Ziki Koko" (which was actually performed at that Zenith) Kunzardo said that is idol in animation was Celeo and Tutu Caludji. He says that Celeo's most succesul animation was 'Koyimbi Ko" and for Tutu Caludji it was "Ndombolo". He says that Tutu Caludji's Ndombolo animation gave a Congolese music a name and a lot people used that animation and dance but with Koyimbi-Ko alot people danced that dance but with their own animation. He says that Ivorians have no dance and it really bothers him that people say that Congolese music is behind their music. And that when they played at the festival in Abidjan they called him king of animation. He says there's no animator that can animate with him in the 5th generation apart from Brigade. He says that he doesn't animate loudly where it makes noise in the house and you have to turn down the volume if if it's on TV. He confirms that that the "alati string" animation was the animation of a guy who is now at Maison Mere(Kirikou) and they gave it to Bercy because Kirikou didn't have the voice to do it. He says that Ferre wanted to give that animation to Kunzardo but he refused because he only wanted to do his own animation. He says that he doesn't witchcraft and that even his dad said for him not to do it because the day he will do it, it will be very hard to come back from it.
