 He says bill's behaviour shows he lacks wisdom for example the way he openly sunk so low in dissing bercy or his habit of talking bad about people and he thinks because he has money he is superior to people like him while he is living in dellusion while him bill spends time in releasing several shit songs and being too arrogant  him celeo has only three albums but hits in each of them unlike bill

 he says because of such mentality  there is no harmony in congolese music because  artists think you have to have the same enemies as them if you are in good terms

i believe this guy's philosophy is having no limits for the sake of remaining relevant( and sadly enough he is right in saying that many of those "press" guys who do their job properly with no foolish things have next to no popularity)
