Congolese Music / Re: I really love binda bass but...

Academia was a beast group...too bad it didn’t work out....they made some good music together

celeo is a bit like wazekwa because of his outspoken personality and relationship with some influent artists its not the easiest thing to sign a contract(producers who have massive authority on big artists are rare) which is why he chose to self produce from day one(like wazekwa started as soon as jps went bankrupt)

Guess what Wazekwa and Celeo have in common...baza ba chanteur force.

This is totally a bcbg style.. Just add jb's voice in there boom.. Problem solved.. .i am sorry but will bring this up again, this guy is making better rumba than faustinnlolendo.. Seriously werra should be proud of his petits.. They are doing a good job.

Lol come on...Celeo makes good rumba but not on the level of Faustin

which is normal though fally has been singing for almost 30 years now while he switched to singing 10 years ago because he had no choice(with a lot of years not being really active plus weight gain which only seasoned singers can handle well) so obviously fally's voice would blend better with instrumentals even if sometimes its not as good as celeo's
just like logically

Nothing to do with years of singing. It’s all about the natural singing voice...Celeo doesn’t have it, reason why he’s an atalaku

@JV “Critic"

Celeo is a limited singer and doesn't have the support of a major record label, so obviously Fally Ipupa will always be ahead in terms of popularity

I’m not talking about popularity, I’m talking about singing, voice, niance, vocal placement and charme  na elengi yako binisa bato. Celeo makes B- rumba. He made one A+ rumba which was with Le Padre  :D

Man everyone is really happy that Defao is back, it’s nice

I know right; with the long absence of an undisputed popular leader in Kin he can take the no. 1 spot. I’ve never listened to a bad album from him despite the hardships  - the most consistent artist
It is not his era amymore

The same era Koffi and Werra still making music and successful? Anything is possible

Here is the message of Fabregas:

“After several warnings and suspensions, the behavior and attitude of the Bebe Boutchou has not changed! The villa Nova orchestra and the villagers have decided to dismiss him from the group. His image is beginning to harm the group. We wish him luck and a good continuation in his career. "

Congolese Music / Re: Enjoying BCBG concert
« on: August 20, 2019, 19:48 »
Watching BCBG now is like watching a collective of elders reuniting

Lool for one last ride...BCBG is the retirement home for musicians who don’t want to do too much and don’t want to be bothered when they fart out loud.

This man will rise up....I am sure.

I hope so...This man knew how to entertain the crowd and sing. He killed ndombolo with his freestyles in concerts, man was a beast.
