Congolese Music / Re: The best mama apesa sima-dance I've seen (Champion Djikapela)« on: December 31, 2020, 08:25 »
Nice moves.
But what amazes me is / was Ferre on drums, then Junior Kingombe thereafter Champion. Having Champion and Titina on the same stage is amazing stuff. 37

Congolese Music / Re: DOES SARAH SOLO SOUNDS TO YOU LIKE SHE WANTS TO DO JOIN FALLY'S GROUP« on: December 30, 2020, 08:39 »One of the highly promoted guitarists in WMMM is Sarah. No guitarist has ever gotten this attention in WMMM. An example of that she says it her self from minute 9.25 that she was invited to Kenya to sing for Francis Atwoli the Secretary General COTU (Central Organization of Trade Unions) after he saw her on the internet something she admits is not normal for WMMM guys especially for a female among a group of men. 39
Congolese Music / Re: NEW INTERVIEW ADO YUHE AND PRINCE D ANGOLA« on: December 30, 2020, 08:27 »
I have personally traced the origins of dreadlocks from the Holy Book. It is called a Nazirite Vow where God directs Moses in the book of Numbers 6:1-21 with respect to the commitment. The entire chapter deals with hair and other mandatory conditions which a Nazirite, Rastafarian or a person so dedicated should consider following. The vow later applies to Prophet Samuel in 1st Samuel 1:11 and to Samson in Judges 13:2-5 and partly in the birth of John the baptist as narrated in Luke 1:15. It is noteworthy that these women who gave birth to the great servants of God were barren. It therefore follows that these are vows made in very difficult circumstances and the children born in those situations are dedicated to God and to serve God all their lives. 40
Congolese Music / Re: NEW SONG MOYINI MBOTE BY ROGA ROGA« on: December 30, 2020, 07:58 »This is actually a very good generique. I hope Roga Roga played lead on this record. He can sing but he also needs to replay guitar solo. He is still solid. Not bad save for the predictable Brazza sound. Bondomania on Lead (called out at minute 2.28). At minute 3.22..."Bazalaka koyokana te bayokanaka mpo baboma Yesu Kristo...Pilate na Herode". Luke 23:12. 41
Congolese Music / Re: Cindy le Coeur - Université (Clip Officiel)« on: December 22, 2020, 09:56 »Because after that scandal didn't you notice that he was slowing down and promoting her less? Also they APPARENTLY gave him the ultimatum that if Cindy is anywhere near the U Arena concert then they won't attend. So this single just came out of nowhere which pissed them off, because it seems like Koffi's going back on his word and up to his old tricks again. This single has caused problems for the Olomide Family once again, which resulted in Didi Stone blocking her dad on IG again lol.wait. Why? I get last time when he basically outted her as the première bureau na mboka which shocked no one. Why should adult children bother themselves with who their fathers sleeps with? 42
Congolese Music / Re: Kevin Mbouande - Mosselebende« on: December 22, 2020, 09:54 »
This is it! Wow!
Should be the most sought after wedding ballad henceforth. My opinion though. 43

I love it! Nice Zaiko groove and a message on good friends relayed as well.
"You drank my beer, ate my things, received money yet you don't want to go" . We will sleep here. 44
Congolese Music / Re: Alvarito ask for forgiveness to Fally Ipupa and the F-Victeam fanatics« on: November 20, 2020, 10:42 »
Quite embarrassing, humiliating and actually dehumanizing. I feel for him. But how low should a man sink? To what level? The dude is literally begging to be taken back.
Fally should just take him back because apart from a few moments in The Crown the rest of the songs are just below par in terms of soloing (my personal opinion). 45
Congolese Music / Re: They are saying this is a diss against President Felix Tshisekedi« on: November 18, 2020, 13:48 »guess who went solo in 2013 when the song was done? marie josee njiba aka MJ30 Thank you Masta for the clarification. Duly noted. |
