I have a theory on JB Mpiana became leader of Wenge Musica instead of Werrason. JB knew how to publicly be professional at all times. Werrason at the other allowed his emotion to get the best of him at times. This video shows that. Whether JB wanted to see Werra or not, he understood to put his personal feelings aside to be a professional man. Even today, Werra at times forgets that he is in public and shows his emotions that give away how he feels when he should whereas JB still knows how to behave professionally with his recent interview or his event with Nyoka Longo.
This is a great idea. If Ferre Gola had stayed longer, we would have heard a great duet between Ferre Gola and Jitrois. Their voices would meld well together.
Bro, there is no honor amongst thieves, all Musicians have a lot of pride and the infighting naturally comes with the territory. A high staff turnover has always characterized Wenge, but, despite this the music continues.
But, I’m just curious what issues you have against Change ?
Again, I never said that any musician is good but at the same time, there are those who are not the worst. Sir, change is not always a good thing. Change does need to happen sometimes. But this was not one of them. Nothing was wrong. Celeo Scram, Kene Kene and Roi David were on fire and did great job with their animations. So where was the need for change in animations? Perhaps by 2010 or 2011, then Werrason could have sought to have new animators. 2007 was so unnecessary. Sous Sol was kind of ruined by Prince D'Angola and Brigade was good but tried to do too much so Soul Sol was ok but nothing like Témoignage generique.
Also Werrason's animating was slowly but surely declining even with the great animations of Lobeso and interesting animations from Brigade. But animation team is kind of average and some Werrason fans are just angry about it too.
Roi David didn't get any 12. He stayed in Europe, because he couldn't return since that his ex'wife stole all money, furniture, etc. of his house and Werrason accepting it, making jokes about it on tv (I forgot what he said, it was something about fufu/mbadi).
Roi David said was true but who do you think got the ex-wife to do that? It did not come out of nowhere. Someone from Werrason's staff must have said some negative stuff about Roi David to get Roi out of Wenge Maison Mere and get that ex-wife to take all the stuff of his. My guess that it could have been Sankara. It is not by accident that Sankara never praises Roi David at all. That says something.
This is my humble opinion: Werrason getting Brigade Sarbati and Prince d'Angola was a 12 on Celeo Scrama, Roi David and Kene Kene. Now why I do believe this?
Because there was no need of change of animations after the departure of Bill Clinton McIntosh. Also Celeo Scram, Kene Kene and Roi David had a great brotherhood and they were very cordial as all three had told Ado Yuwe. You could see that brotherhood in the concerts that Werrason had with Maison Mere. The animations of Celeo Scram, Kene Kene and Roi David were top notch and they helped return Werrason on track after risking losing it all when Le Marquis Maison Mere was formed. Celeo Scram, Kene Kene and Roi David were hard workers and they were never a major threat to Werrason. Sure Celeo was an asshole (we know Celeo has a big ego) but he was not the worst among the Maison Mere team.
What was the point of getting Prince D'Angola and Brigade Sarbati into Wenge Musica Maison Mere. It was a simple 12 on Celeo Scram, Kene Kene and Roi David. I could understand Werrason wanting to get rid of Celeo Scram since Werra was never really fond of Celeo (we know all the times Werra tried to get rid of Celeo). But it does not make sense to get rid of Roi David and Kene Kene since they were the Maison Mere type of people. Kene Kene was a lighter version of Bill Clinton and Roi David putted fire on his animations which Werrason likes in a animator. The fact he got rid of all these great animators with Prince D'Angola and Brigade was simply because Papy Kakol, and other entourage members of Werrason's team did like those men personally and they made their moves to make sure that Celeo, Kene and Roi would out of there. With Kene, they left him behind when they took a European trip, with Roi was that he had a family dispute leading to a bizarre arrest and with Celeo, Sankara goes to provoke Celeo at a concert while Brigade interrupts Celeo to do some unnecessary insults towards Celeo. The song Sous Sol was a good song but it was sort of ruined by Prince D'Angola because he was not impressive. But Prince was better on Temps Present. Also probably another reason why Brigade came into Wenge was because he enjoyed having conflicts. If you see his interview with Ado, it is clear that Brigade likes to act he is more important than he actually is. With Prince, Werrason had a big soft spot for Prince and felt that Prince would be Werra's loyal soldier.
