Eboa Lotin
Miel de Son

Ferre Gola

For it is Ferre Gola. He was the perfect singer for Maison Mere. He always knew how to reach our heart.

What about you guys?

I will do a dream band of Congolese Musicians from Europe. You can do either Europe or Kinshasa if you want to. It is only Congolese Musicians who are alive.

I am not sure with the keyboardists and percussionists since I don't know enough about them.

What about you guys? Give your list.

Congolese Music / Re: Do Akongo - Masterclass

Do Akongo is a great gift. It is shameful that he did not become a big dog. He has a great voice as well as a great rhythm guitarist. He is so talented. I will do a dream band of a Congolese European Band.

This was a good episode. It looks like Luciana might have done drumming before he got into Viva La Musica.

Congolese Music / Re: ALAIN MPELA CONCERT
« on: June 28, 2021, 17:14 »
This is definitely an old video. I am sure it must have been in the late 2000s.

592
Perhaps it helps him because by having mediocre singers, it does not threaten Fally's status. So weird but true.

Congolese Music / Re: GENTA'S BEST WORK IN KIPE YA YO
« on: June 28, 2021, 17:10 »
I think Genta originally wanted to sound like a aggressive version of Tutu Callugi and then he decided to try to sound more like Bill Clinton but it did not really work well for him. I am sure he has lost his thunder.

Who is the best 2nd voice singer of Wenge Original in your opinion. Here are the candidates.

Ricoco
Adolphe Dominguez
Marie Paul
Werrason
Blaise Bula

For me, it is Blaise Bula. His voice was very strong and his voice has remain consistent and well. Most disciplined 2nd voice singer of Wenge original. Blaise Bula. What about you guys?

Who is the best 1st voice singer of Wenge Original in your view. I got the candidates

Manda Chante
Aimelia Lias
Alain Mpela
JB Mpiana

For me, it is not a debate, it is Papa Cherie. He was the best. What about you guys?

Reddy Amisi did marry a white woman in his first marriage. I think his second marriage, he is with an actual Congolese woman.

Congolese Music / Re: WOW SOMONO IS IN KINSHASA
« on: June 27, 2021, 00:02 »
I am not hearing Somono, just hearing Celeo the guy had a golden voice.
Sir Somono does appear on the song. He only does a few animations. The rest are done by Celeo Scram. Clearly Somono liked Celeo much more.

People prefer the last version, because he sung it in Tshiluba and paid tribute to the Luba-culture.
You are right about that. Many people love the mutuashi version more. It seems like the third version (1986) was way more popular than the original version and the other versions.
Which version of Dadou you think was better in your view?
Here are the versions of Dadou

Original version between 1976, 1977 or 1978

I guess 1979 or 1980

1986 from Souci Ya Likinga

1997 from Merci Maman

Wasn't Les Marquis already finished in 2005?
