When you have hate you lose objectivity.
...........You lose objectivity and miss out on good music because the more you keep hating Artist X you will not want to enjoy good music from him yet he is not affected much so in the end you become the loser!!

Every time I see a topic on Werrason on this forum I can almost always predict the reaction before hand. Most of the times the reaction seem to lack objectivity & strays away from the topic to some trivial stuff. Guys should learn to love the music more than the musicians

The new Ferre voicewise is a reserve guy. The reserve guy is the fan favourite and i should confess, he is tge closest WMM has ever gone to Ferre. Natural and sings with ease.

yeah. I've seen several clips where fans demand that he takes over Djenny's parts. I don't know why MM fans don't seem to like Djenny. In one instance Werra had to stand up for him and defend him when fans didn't seem to want him

Yes thats arnold basele

And not to be confused with Gabbana Basele.....Thanks a million and he really knows how to sing. From which band is he? And there was this singer called Iniesta who was said to have participated in Guy Malela Remix(Prince de la Ville Remix)where did he disappear to?

I think his brother is Fila Basele. I don't know if he used in his group though. Iniesta changed name to Chionois. He's still very much active in Maison Mere first team

no no its satellite who joined maison mere from lobeso's group

And @archos who is the one who sings just after Cafe Roum and before Sattelite? I always hear him being called Gabbana but am not sure and again the Gabbana ex-Wazekwa and ex-Quartier Latin is the one I heard joined Maison Mere and this is not him?

Arnold Basele?

This song will be a hit especially in non Congolese speaking countries.

That girl is beautiful though.

15 years for involuntary manslaughter?? Where Ferre at in all this?

Ferre? How now?

7
Will it be a private function?

The fact that you think Libre Parcours was better than Cursus or Cursus is better than LP does not make it the truth. It is a PERSONAL opinion and different people prefer different things so it will do all of us a favour if we did not continue ramming it down our throats that A is better then B since not everyone sees it your way!!!

WORD!!!

Personally I prefer Carsus. It's fresh, innovative & easy to listen to. That is not to say LP is bad. Just a matter of preference

Fally is in showbizz industry & it is in very much in order to blow your own trumpet. That's what catches attention of the fans. So long as he's able to back the hype with material which in all fairness he does. About quality & level of material, it's largely a matter of preference. Some will like it & some won't like it. Let Fally prosper

Did any of the colleagues attend birthday Parties for the other musicians? Maybe that's just the way they roll

Congolese Music / Re: KIRIKOU - ADJOUME (OFFICIAL CLIP)

I really don't know why Kirikou is so much hated, he is not Bill, Brigade, Ambulance, Kabuya or Fusèe, but he is committed and writes a lot of cries, Bercy is way much worse but people respect him more only because he acts like he were Bill

Who’s hating on him?
Congolese Diaspora especially in Europe, if you check all the Yt comments, or pages like Macdeddy and so on Wenge MM fans, Ferre fans, QL fans bashing him on the comments saying he is a weka voice who cannot handle any type of Orchestra, I can agree but at least give this kid a try, what I don't understand in our Congolese audiamce is that they prefer to hate instead of showing love to other musicians beside their favourite one.

One observation I've made over time is that the Congolese people tend to be overly critical of their own musicians. There is a lot of comparison between this guy & that guy, this group and the other group, how this one pays their musicians against how the other one does, how this song does not match to that Franco album etc. Sometimes even when it is not necessary to make such comparisons. There is no that mentality that "this is not my cup of tea, I'm just gonna leave it alone". People feel that they must have an opinion on everyone & everything.

It's pretty much the same situation here in Kenya. No wonder we do not have many if any internationally renown musicians

Not bad not great. The last 2 minutes should have come a bit earlier in my opinion. The fire part comes when I'm almost too bored of the same rhythm & tempo

Joel Synthe is good. I like how they brought the concert energy to the studio. Fabregas says he likes Wenge a lot but does those whistle Koffi and Quatier Latin used to do.

Video not available?  :( :(

For example you might have a song on the group album but administration go gossip to Werra that you shouldn't have one for whatever reason, maybe they will start to say that they have seen you with this or that dancer (since relationship between dancers and singers are forbidden) Miel De Son for example.he had the permission of a Solo Album but Kakol after imsistin  that he had to put three songs there, he pushed him to the edge making Miel stopping the solo album, the most bad/nasty case of 12 it is the one of Baby Ndombe where people of.administration went gossip to Werra that he wanted to sleep with Werra's wife.

Thanks a lot. The things that go on behind the scenes in these bands are just incredible  ;D ;D ;D

For the sake of good music, some "beef" must remain unsolved.

I don't think Werra & Ferre hate each other at all. I actually believe they have a mutual admiration for each other but this is how the game has to be played. Like I said, for the sake the sake of good music & business, some enemity must remain unsolved.

With regards to the rest of Wenge clan, I always feel Werra derives extra motivation from being 'the stone that the builders refused'. Apart from Mpiana, I don't get any impression to suggest that Werra holds the rest in high regard.

Senor Archos, what does it mean to do a 12 on someone? This is like the 3rd time you are using this phrase  :D :D
