indeed it was not a penalty but if  there were not the points mentioned by this guy(even though its through anger) cote d'ivoire could have had the 9 points
its his comments out of anger which are funny,and anyway i think even though there was  not that penalty,they had to solve the points the guy mentioned if they really wanted to do something on the next round
potential was there but team spirit not quite

Yeah it's shame they went out early because their the most talneted team in Africa and one of the most talented teams in the whole world, most of their players play at top teams across Europe. And not to forget that their were some very talented players who didn't get selected for their World Cup squad, the future is bright for the Ivory Coast.
