MODERATION
What does it mean when you receive an email to moderate on a topic? when I click on the said link on the email nothing happens .

I got an email  in the official address asking me to moderate on a topic I had posted... I did not understand
it talks about a track back waiting for me????
the title is WordPress like the normal emails I get from adminstrators
