It was informed that Fally wanted to join one of Wenge Clan name withheld, however, he was advised to wait his turn with Papa Fololo, the rest is history.

So, frankly to say he had heart with Wenge Clan, though his blood had been intertwined with the other side.

The death of Papa may be used as the SPRING BOARD FOR CONGOLESE MUSIC AND MUSICIANS TO COME BACK TO THEIR CROWN IF THEY UTILIZE THE DEMISE OF OUR LOVING PAPA WEMBA PROFITABLY. THEY SHOULD LEAVE BEHIND POLEMIC THINGS, THEY NEED TO UNITE COME STRONGLY WITH A BANG TO EMULATE PAPA WEMBA ESPECIALLY AT THIS TIME WHERE AFRICA AND THE REST WORLD EYES ARE AT CONGO.

He has done a lot a lot a lot , he had carried the torch of Congolese for so many decades calmly, flamboyatly without NON SENSE POLEMIC THINGS. He has helped a lot a lot alot in Congolese music industry as well individual persons to prosper at his expense.

What i beg we should have kind of music award crown in the name of PAPA JULES SHUNGU WEMBADIO PENE KIKUMBA.

Yes so EAC for quite long time had been the place for big things to happen for Congolese groups and musicians here are some of big events occurred there.

1.Orchestra Marquis - they settled in Tanzania in 1972 following their tour in EAC they had a huge fans base and been one of the boastful Congolese music icon in Tanzania for decades

2. In 1980s when Sam Mangwana was still a man contracted Orchestra Marquis to perform in a number of southern countries including Zambia and Zimbabwe but their surprise the guy had conned them and their music instruments was held ransom in one of the hotel they returned with empty hands in Tanzania. Since then Sam Mangwana had not landed again in Tanzania

3.Correctly speaking the last Wenge Musica BCBG 4X4 performed together in one of the African country it was in Tanzania, they performed in 1996 and thereafter they splinted

4. The story of Defao and failure to settle hotel bills as well as  paying his musicians commenced in Zambia and was completely crystallized in Tanzania. Some of Defao musicians have settled in Tanzania the likes of Mulemule and FBI who are trading with one of the hot and big band in Tanzania known as FM Academia

5. The list still goes one, there is one in 1990s, Soukouss Stars under championship of Mayaula Mayoni came to perform in Tanzania, the conning business stemmed off which lead to rescue of Soukouss Stars by their Embassy in Tanzania. However, apparently for matronage hospitalityand  Mayaula Settled in Tanzania with the host till last times where he was ferried back  to Congo where he died.

6. There are stories of  Orchestra Super Mazembe which was known as  Super Vox, and formed in 1967 in Congo  and led by Mutonkole Longwa Didos. The band moved to Nairobi in 1974 and changed its name to Orchestra Super Mazembe

7. There are lots of Congolese splinter groups like Les Mangelepa from Baba Gaston Group in Kenya , one the famous Congolese music band in Kenya in those times which produced a fantastic Christmas Song

Whoaah I dont have much time, however the East African Countries you may say perhaps IS one the sacred places where big events occurs for Congolese musicians.

It is even said during the last days of late Pepe Kalle he planned to shift his base to Tanzania due by then time commotions in DRC. Pepe Kalle during his time composed a song for one the giant football club in Africa.

$1.5 M ? really? , whatsoever the circumstances to go there in the war torne country there is huge risk element as the business principles state the high the risk the high the return it is worth to go there, after all, the remedy which may accrue to the citizens of the SS may be enormous immeasurable.

Once again this is the LESSON and very BIG LESSON for those who were mocking Le Quadra Kora Man that he is finished and he foolishly embraced into childish music and abandon the old Tchacho singing opera! hee ! hee !

Men do you sing to please pauper sourly souls? or just to make money? With his glittering and successful music career does he need to prove skeptics and critics ? Let him accumulate old life pensions for his grands.

This is the waking up call to other artistes in DRC  as they got talents and very natural talents, however, they just end up clinging to Mabanga and forgone potential music markets in Africa and International World.

Lets keep the facts without vividly revealing  your deep heart abhorrence attitude to someone who contributed in the Congolese music industry.

Extra issues surrounding the musicians may not necessarily attract our attention as long as they are not immoral otherwise music fans have their language to communicate with their artistes which is nothing other than generique , voices, instruments, atalaku, mbonda, dancing, etc. etc.

They are two fantastic compositions for those named Julia, I wish Koffi Olomide could have interpreted the Julia of Demingongo, OR they could have done a collabo, it should have been so eccentric.

57
Just been bamboozled with these hits of Julia played by the grand artists from DRC, whose Julia was superb?

Julia by Luciana Demingongo

Julia by Koffi Olomide

I didn't say JB Mpiana want to be famous as Fally, I said that if JB Mpiana and Wenge BCBG, especially, with the work of Tolbert and Fusèe could be as famous as Fally, because JB Mpiana is well known in Congo and in some parts of Africa but not internationally wide known as Fally, why? Because JB Mpiana's laziness in the last years made the people sick of waiting, in fact if you see people had to wait 5 years for balle de match, and is not out yet, even though he released some singles, in a country like Congo where, album are dropped every year. Period
Stop comparing groundnuts and bananas.

Fally is known internationally more simply because of his type of music and his collaborations with other artists, he does a different genre to that of JB Mpiana who sticks to African music and is way older than Fally.  One of Fally's idols is JB Mpiana so before you start insulting great artists defendingCongo, first reflect on the implications of your words. Yes, JB Mpiana is lazy musically because he is purely a singer, the man makes his money outside music and he funds a lot of these youngsters around so it's not like he just sits at home farting all day,he has things which are more important than music in his life,he is not a youngster, in his time ,he travelled the world like Fally and made his name and he is living on his past glory, people are always eager to hear his music because he has made his name already.

Please, don't start the war which will have no end. The guy has apologetically said he did not insult Congo. Yes, we agree, JB Mpiana had his time, where he was an Idol not only in Congo but also internationally. But, it has been a long period of time to come back at the same stage as he was before. It does not matter what he is doing now, whether he is dedicating most of his time in business for we music fans it does not matter. And it is mere fact that Fally, Ferre Gola Ipupa et al they are in spot light whether in Congo or internationally. And it is not the secret the great Mopao had resurfaced again in internationally with selfie no what is happening in Congo. Also, it is the mere fact the colleagues of JB Mpiana like Werrason at least in the past three years was also in the spot light in international arena with likes of Malewa.

Let wait and see may this time JB Mpiana with youngster will attract the attention of AFRICAN market as well international music market.

You are absolutely correct! This is what made him to stay in the game for more than three decades! He is the architecture of the Tchacho and that is his brand he can only cherish. But he has been smart by blending it from season to season from time to time with what is buzzing the Congolese music and in most cases he has been doing extremely very well and own what were invented by others.

In international markets they even tend to associate new sebene, dancing styles with him, but alas! there are invisible men behind. And he has been top of the game because of strategic skills, reading the market and fit in appropriately, we may not blame him, we should blame his cunnings , and yet he is the good singer and best manager and administrator and entrepreneur enshrined with so many  golden medals, awards, that is him Quadra KorA man. Young guys could learn a lot from Papa Mopao success strory.

Koffi Olomide has played with a lot of minds of artists in congo. He killed the sebene and everyone started following. Now that he has noticed fally ipupa has brought back the sebene, he has switched hands again. I see now a situation were sebenes will be back. Its a good move though.

Is this what Koffi Olomide had killed?
