I ask again is suspension a serious punishment ? guys go on suspension and then back  as if nothing has happened. what do you loose if on suspension.....why do you retain your rank after the punishment... also include  other forms of punishment short of expulsions..

from what i know,sometimes you get a warning for not respecting the group rules,for example not arriving at a rehearsal on time, then if you keep repeating it in can lead to  one or two month of suspension where you are not allowed anywhere near the group,if its something which really pisses the president like for example the case of djino with weed at a reataurant and insulting older colleagues the boss can decide to hand you a suspension  which  will stop when he wants  it can easily go up to a year
in some group for example after having a strong argument or even fighting,suspension can go from a month to the unlimited one
there is also guys like wazekwa who will fire both the fighters straight away
in short,its when you are on unlimlited suspension that you are in trouble because leaders give strict instrcuctions so that you dont benefit any advantage a group member can have
suspension is not only for musicians,office members get is aswell,the likes of roger ngandu or director monib from maison mere have already been suspended at times

what makes me think that,is an interview of heritier where he was praising old maison mere team and he says on solo you had  grat soloists like kapaya and japonais and he added the true japonais not the clown who  re appeared in the group recently
 i doubt he would said that if japonais was still there,since when japonais came back he préaised him a lot

Lol, Heritier has simply lost respect. I think he was trying to adapt to change and was doing well, he proved himself on the album Miracles, he also said he created some parts of Satelite generique played by Arc en Ciel, he said he didn't play the generique in full because they were giving chance to Arc en Ciel to shine as he Japonais has had his time and has nothing to prove to the fans so he can create and younger guitarists in the band play since they are all working together.
