(its a man and a woman who got married and bore a child)
Ba dressaka nyama, moto ba edukaka ye
(the child only follows the teachings he/she gets from people on this world)
Ba forcaka education te, ba salaka nde appel
(you dont need to force the teachings/education on a child but you only need to appeal)
Na volonte ya mwana
(according to the wish of the child)
Otuni mwana, olingi nini ko
(You need to ask a kid what he/she would like to become)

Avis ya mwana tango mosusu
(The view/thought of the child sometimes)
Asala mosala ya maboko
(may be he/she want to do the manual job)
Lokola tata naye atanga
(but because his / her father is educated)

(she adores her kid like GOD, even when the child is wrong)

Maman naye asiliki, botikela nga liso na nga
(the mother gets annoyed when the kid is corrected/scolded, urging the people "please leave my only eye alone")
Ezali se moko wana, sans le savoir ayeba
(he is the only kid I have, without knowing)
A detruire mwana naye, a encourager ye na mabe
(that she is destroying/spoiling her kid by encouraging him to do bad things)

Ndakisa ya ba parents misusu
(The teachings of other parents is worrying)
Mwana ya mbanda to azwa mwana ya ndeko afandaka epayi naye
(when they live with their rival's child (another woman/man's child) or the child of a relative)
Akomisi ye lokola domestique
(they turn the kid into a domestic worker / maid / shamba boy)
Misala nyoso ya ndako bitinda epa ya mwana wana
(all the house chores are dediated to this child)
Bana naye moko ba salaka lisusu misala te
(their own kids don't do house chores anymore)
Na makanisi naye que azo nyokola mwana wana
(in their toughts they think they are punishing that child)

(whereas they dont know that they are destroying their own kids)

(under whaever difficult life you are experiencing)

(teach you child the morals on your own)

(Most kids who grow at their relatives place / grand parents)
Mingi ba zalaka na education ya bien te
(most of them lack manners / they lack good morals)
Cause po suivi ezalaka makasi te
(because they are not monitored well)

Parent nyoso esengeli azala model ya mwana naye
(any parents needs to be the role model of his/her child)

(there is a saying that goes "like father like son")
Mwana soki otie ye esika ya ba nyama
(because if a child is placed to grow with animals)

(he/she will speak like the animals (the animals language)

(they used to speak like animals)

(because their model was a wolf who raised them)

Education eza dangereuse na vie ya mwana eza education diffuse
(the teachings / education could be dangerous in a child's life if the teachings / education is diffused)

Na ndako na kelasi bazo eduquer mwana ndenge mosusu
(At home and at school a child is educated in another way)
Na libanda pe azu zua education ndenge mosusu
(in public / outside the child also learns in another way)
Ba parents bo zala prudent
(parents be prudent)
Bana bo profiter na voix ya ba parents te, bo keba
(those kids who do not benefit from their parents voices be warned)
Mwana yo moko oza agent principale ya education nayo
(your own child is the main agent of your education/teachings)
Mwana mosusu aza orphelin akufela baboti baye
(another kid who is an orphan who lost his/her both parents)
Mosusu ba famille ya baboti baye ba abandonant bango
(other kids the family of their parents neglected them to be on their own)
Malembe malembe ba orienta ba vie na bango
(slowly slowly they they get oriented to life and find a way to guide their lives)
To mona pe lelo ba koma bato
(we see today they also end up becoming important people in the society)

Parent opimela mwana bonbon biscuit to jouet kasi education te
(the parent can ration / regulate sweet, biscuit or a toy to his/her kid but not teachings/education)
Education eza utile na vie ya mwana
(education is /teachings are helpful / important in the life of a child)
Lokola essence to baterie na bomoyi ya voiture
(like gasoline or the batery that drives or determines the life of a car / vehicle)
