Can some one give me the   confirmation , and if it's true when will we listen the generic and other songs ?

Yes, I understand better what you said , but as mentioned jdog , it gives a lot of vocals to his singers , you can argued that this is not enough , but it has the merit to be there ..

For comparison with Papa Wemba i see your point.

For comparison with Werra , I do not think it is fair, because Werra is more dependent on its singer to sing the rumba and generic . While ferre may do almost anything (he has already proved in Sens Interdit and on Qui Est Derrière Toi) . But I agree with the example you gave about the style of music like R & B or zook . That is why Nigeria is number one, they sing in English and have a style of music , dancehall, R'n'B , Zook .

But it is just proof that ferre is versatile because he already did it in his previous album, it is just that in Boite Noire there has been more influential rumba.

That's why I think you should do something different than what is popular and growing difference in the african music . This is why I prefer Ferre over Fally.

Fally for more fans sings words in English and try to do as Nigerians . He's right because that gave him more succes but it's not what I want for ferre .

I am French and Ivorian and I love the difference in the african music . I love the Coupé Décalé or Zouglou but I love it when Ndombolo or Rumba bring something different in my ears. Same as for Nigerian musics .

After maybe you're right if it wants to explode all over the world he will have to  make it more mainstream songs

Hi thanks for the portrait , but many things that you said in your post i strongly disagree with.

The part when criticize his leadership for exemple,  can you tell me which leader in music that does not have the same problem of being able to keep the same group during the years and albums ?

You said that he sings every songs by him self . But don't forget that he's a young solo artist (only 3 albums). For me it is normal  that after make shine werra, and koffi he want's to make a name like his peers by him self.

And he said quite clearly that no musician is irreplaceable. They come and go and  i don't thinks quality is down just different.

For ( part monotony ) in his songs. I see many reviews say the same thing , but I do not really understand people who say that.
It has a melancholic style with piano or acoustic guitar . But it is his trademark , so why should it change? Especially since it has suited his voice and way of singing that put his voice in value. To me this is his strength, the other singers do not have the same qualities so it's normal that they put more emphasis on music over vocals.

Maybe in the group's album that he announce each musician will bring a different style to the composition.
For generic , you 're absolutely right . In each album, you have the right to two maybe three if were lucky with the same animation. THE only difference lies in the way they are sung.

So yes in the end I think ferre gola has not yet reached its full potential , but it is an established artist and very tallentueux especially one of a kind.

Exactly ;D ;D ;D ;D

Archos, for petite ya quartier you are  right but i think that ferre said is also gonna do a groupe album in a near futur.

By the way , i know that the released of petite ya quartier took some time because ferre ad and improved the maxi single but it's long to wait for a CD. And if at the end it's just alright (the generiques , songs) , ferre will take some bashing.

But i have faith  :) .

Thanks Sly , the last person to call ferre chetani was bercy muana in Tshekele le Pete. Even since is in MM you can hear him say cheta in the animation yo yo

But don't forget that ferre has other nickname like Jesus de nuance, a nickname some of which are still reference in song . So for me it's balance at the end.
