CNN is the best animator of Quartier Latin because he brought strong animations and he was the one who gave force on his animations. You saw that on Attenant, Force de Frappe and Monde Arabe.

The only reason why Mboshi should be number one is because since he left QL for the first time all the tenorist atalaku’s after him sounded so similar to him... CNN, Brigade, I don’t know the names of the new ones. Also don’t forget he’s the only Atalaku in QL that animated a prestige hall like Olympia by himself and did an incredible job. Him and Somono have the most impact in QL due to Loi which is the most famous Generique of all time. 

Somono for a falsetto atalaku he can really go high in notes and really knew how to put on a show by either doing cries and also entertaining by being a really good dancer.

CNN mannnn his work in Attentat, FDF and Monde Arabe were so epic he’s really a monster on the mic, I’ve never ever heard a bad performance from him and he made people forget about Mboshi and Somono quickly, let’s not forget his legendary performance at Bercy.

Brigade and Kerozene had a lot of pressure on their shoulders especially due to the work left by CNN and Ocean, but considering how young they were they also left a huge impact and were giving Bill and Celeo a hard time, they participated in Koffi’s second famous Generique Effrakata and also Brigade is the last Atalaku in QL history to have a song credited to him.
 
So that’s why all those guys are in my top 5
