It's been a long time since I want to ask this question. Since I start listeng to congolese music, I often find myself to like more the 2 temps sebene that 3 temps or 1/2 temps. After a rapid comparison, in Europe a lot of people like 3 temps think. I don't know about Kin but this is my observation.

I like 2 temps, but since I dont play, I want to know why I prefer this type of sebene compare to other...

Anyone would like to explain the difference ?

I prefer 3 temps I feel like it has a more soul touching feel especially when played a bit slower while 2 temps has a bit more of a dancing feel to it (guitar player) I choose both over 1/2 temps

Ok I see, it's true that I have seen people say that you could play 3 temps for hours without grow tired of it.

I like also this Kimboka style
