damn they're expensive af
That's right because they were popular in the 80s, Ned Steinberger sold his company to Gibson but a few years down the line, they stopped with the Steinberger creations and sold the last few guitars off.

This is why I'm saving up to buy a Steinberger GM4T. The sound on it is so luscious when it comes to playing sebene!

How much is this Guitar
Because its vintage, it would cost around £3000-7000 ish it's pretty expensive because these models are not made anymore.

Damn it! You beat me to it! haha!!  ;D

Congolese Music / This song has my hips going MAD!

The part from 1:54. LORD!  ;D

I can't help myself, I go absolutely crazy!! I've listened to the 'Pon Moun Paka Bouge' and 'Moyibi' albums but I've never given 'Cocktail' a chance. The fact that Pepe Kalle died actually saddens me because he died when I was around 9 months old! The music lives on thank goodness! Man, listen to Lofombo on that bass!

I was expecting a Racine's more kind of video! WHAT IS THIS?!

And most significantly, Franco was the first Congolese artist to utilise the drum machine in his works!

Don't forget the use of Roland TR-808's on the 'Siku Ya Mungu' album by Papa Wemba (All tracks except for the Salsa song "Annah")

And also the entirety of the 1984 'Proclamation' album. But The 808's stand out the most at the start of "Eben" with just a simple drum beat.

This is sounding better than I had expected! I love it! Can't wait for the full song!

Hmmmm I can hear this on Attentat to be honest.
No way, listen to the way he’s singing that’s the style Koffi was singing in Noblesse Oblige, or even V12. Koffi didn’t sing that style in Attentat, this is definitely a song that would’ve been on Noblesse Oblige.
I'll have another listen!

I really enjoyed that medley! Top quality!

Hard to list only five songs :

1. Papa Wemba - Maman
2. Koffi Olomide - Fouta Djallon
3. Simaro Lutumba - Eau bénite
4. Fally Ipupa - Liputa
5. Ferre Gola - Maboko Pamba
6. Franco - la vie des hommes
7. Simaro Lutumba - Maya
La Vie Des Hommes is definitely a song to drink a bottle Rosé to!

That's why I subscribed to him!! He's too funny! I love his energy and approach to Congolese music!! I wish that a lot more people took after him as well!
