Lol JValentino Bieber is not American he's Canadian...but to be honest Fally dosent look like someone who smokes. He looks fine, he dosent laugh out of nowhere, slurred speech , low and Red eyes etc. (at least in public)

He says that he did a concert in Soyo,Angola and that he played Ferre's songs at that concert. He says that he played Ferre songs because that's his dad and Ferre's songs are his songs. He said that Ferre has never done anything bad to him and that he used to live in his house and that he was actually like a dad to him and he actually called him Papa Herve and he says that ferre actually helped him out to buy a car.
