Should be 4th time I think 😂😂😂

No, the level of dillusion is extreme in that clip. 30 seconds with any random Congolese guitarist will destroy that any day. I love all my African people, but, Zimbabweans should sit this one out. But, they do have some fine women  8)

looks like a rushed clip
very rushed and very unnecessary, videos like these are not for this time and age.

forreal, but i feared till the last minute that unconsciously he'd turn at cambodge or tchetche and ask for alingi alela and so on lol
one thing he'll surely be grateful forever to werra for is how he developped presence on stage, unlike the early brigade who would stay on his lane and move like once twice to go tellsomething to kero who seemed to forget animation a lot inhis first europe year and move back
Very true, WMM is like the university of atalakus, Werra gives you space, freedom and helps you develop a character for your brand. Quatier Latin has great atalakus but they do not have the same respect as the WMM.

Won’t this be dramatic cause Montagne of Quatier latin has a cri with this same title, what does MATALANA mean?

Congolese Music / Re: Victoire Générique By But Na Filet

This guys generiques are so crap. I feel sorry for his soloists, everytime I listen to his music I feel like I’m at church or at a funeral.
Very true

I don’t understand Congolese at all, why would you maintain a style that doesn’t work out? Does he even have 1 decent generique?

What does “Matalana” mean? Is this guy now the main atalaku at QL, he is getting so much attention compared to others.

Wasabo any day, any time.Jamaique is a sober version of Diego, good but not good enough.

yeah and thats the lack of personality of both artists and most fans, they just want to see the result of what you release, and want you just do be a blind trend follower, you can show proper good congolese music to 10 congolese fans,8 will come with stupid comments like its washed music and so on,then they'll cheer the shittiest featuring with diamond, davido or whoever
This genre really deserves better you can tell that with Koffi all he wanted was the venue to be full cause really you can’t be giving directions to performers while performance is ongoing, cutting off CNN (what was the point of rehearsals then ?)and I feel like the Cindy shout outs were a bit took much 🤦🏽‍♂️

Congolese female dancers have always been trash, excluding a few but all from way back. majority of koffi recent female dancer tend to share big stomach which is a shame and bad look for females

Frankly speaking, BCBG dancers led in great part to the dancers we see now. It sometimes makes me wonder what they are there for nowadays. Back in the 80’s-90’s the dancers had character, allure, and formal training to do complex choreography despite being young. The standards have diminished significantly since then
very true you can even see that most dance moves are now created in South Africa and Nigeria or Ghana sometimes, long back it used to be DRC the last famous one being kisanola the recently with Fally’s leg dance.
