If Adolphe and Didier stayed, i personally think some of the old members such as Lacoste, aimelia, celeo and kabose would've stayed during the sous sol-temps present era, because we all know that werra cannot control a group on his own, and Adolphe and Didier were the ones that recruited the musicians as well. Why was it always a competition between Adolphe and Werra? And why did the members disrespect Adolphe and Didier especially at the Bercy concert?

nonsense, Ferre and Baby Ndombe hadn't any power at that time. Werrason was even angry at Ferre for wanting following BCBG. But Wasenga Kipuni calmed him down and they accepted him back in Wenge Maison Mere (at that time still called Wenge Musica 4x4). The recruitment was done by Werrason's staff (Wasenga Kipuni, etc.) and Adolphe Dominguez who brought Celeo Scram (who took his friend Flamme with him) and Didier Lacoste. So in one 1 day the band was already made. Japonais came 2/3 months later, after the recreation of Wenge Maison Mere. Werrason contacted his cousin Kija Brown in Europe to take Japonais back to Kinshasa, because he didn't had lot faith in Flamme Kapaya as d guitarist of the band.

There was not a competition between Werrason and Adolple. It was just that Werrason wanted to force him out by the band by sending guys like Bill Clinton, Adjani and Baby Ndombe to disrespect him. But Adolphe loved Werrason so much that he accepted all those humilations until that incident in Strasbourg (' 01) with Adjani. Which made decide to leave the band.

The band would be different in 2 years. Because with Didier Masela & Adolphe in the band, it would be more difficult to pay guys like Ferre, Bill, Flamme, etc. Since that they had still that Wenge 4x4-system by only sharing the money between the guys of the administration (Didier Masela, Adolphe & Werra) and giving the musicians peanuts. So the musicians would easily start a rebellion. JDT had already around 1999-2000 idea's of forming a band. Maison Mere almost spitted in 3 during the Kora Awards of 2000, with Aldophe staying in Europe with guys like Burkina Faso, etc. and JDT, Baby Ndombe not being happy with Werrason's behavior.

Ahahahahah wow, the last part is amazing, after that decisione Kapaya is considered one of the best African guitarist in his era way better than Japonais.

That System is still alive, if you see the guys that benefited the most from being in Wenge except Werra and Administration are Kakol, Heritiér and Sankara guys with more 10 years in the group, the rest of the guys get money but not directly from Werrason and not regularly.
