acoustic? Sly, ferre is enough already. We need the solo guitar tunes.
It's not that i don't like solo guitar, what i meant was that i don't like with keyboards as the driving rhythm i prefer acoustic guitar as it produces the sound i like.

people hate on fally & deplick gravitating towards hip hop or r&b but those are the sounds these days that will bring them international recognition. gone are the days that the authentic congolese sound is strong enough to take the world by storm. but the history of modern congolese music shows us that congolese music is resilient and can mold it self with other genres to create a magical style. this is what excites me about this generation something very new can come from this generation. those who prefer the older style will complain but i am watching with excitement to see what my generation and younger generations have to offer congolese music.
