As Josky is gone, I wonder which members are still alive from the famous line-up? Especially from the big names. What I know for sure is that Sam Mangwana is alive, and Malage, and there was a young guy around the end of the 80's, I don't know his name, but I guess he is still alive considering his age back then. Who else is still with us?

Not sure I’d count any of those people as they weren’t OK Jazz members at the time of Franco’s death.

Some of them were iconic members in the career of OK Jazz, so those should definately be counted. Like Youlou or Wuta Mayi.

All of the above except Bola Bolithe were Bona fide TPOK Jazz members.

Jollie Detta for example sang with FRanco on the Hit "Layille"
Wuta Mayi, Michelle Boyibanda were vocalists in a number of TPOK Jazz hits, especially in the 70's
Nana Akumu joined OK Jazz in the 70s as well
Of Youlou Mabiala  He was refeered as Franco's Prince

Not sure which one was not an OK member ( Other than Bola ) Really...

I think Boyibanda was also present in the band in the middle of the 80's, too. You can see him on videos, for example in Chacun Pour Soi.

Wow I did not know Boyibanda is still alive. Why is he so silent? He brought energy to TPOK during his time. This will remain my all time favorite from him and OK Jazz. At minute 3:50, that voice is nice and the whole song was done well by Ndombe and Kiambukuta RIP.

Its gonna take another century to see such orchestra. I consider those that had opportunity to watch these guys play live as lucky.

The question was asked of BIG singers. None of the new generation are covering Wuta Mayi, Diatho or Boyibanda songs, but okay.
