I guess he would be fired, it's his boss' job to promote his musicians and that's where Ferre Gola scores against Fally his rival. One thing though is that with the exposure comes Mopao and Werrason to steal musicians, I can see this guy ending up at Quartier Latin.

It's very funny how young all these musicians are, it is the same with footballers, most of them seem to be old but they are kids so am a proper vieux as well.
