NGL this is a idea that many Congolese bands should have followed instead of renting a place for 20 years plus build the building yourself it isn't like Werra, Koffi, Fally and other don't have the money to do it, Brazzavillians are so much underrated in the Congolese Music but tbh they brought a lot of things to Congolese music that people often forgive

What exactly is this? A studio or something? Also do they plan to help other artists wanting to record?

its their rehearsal hall plus a couple of rooms among which one might become a studio in longterm sonor was saying in an interview years ago that he would love to record even for free young artists i dont know if he maintained that idea still
i hope for them that they wont end up selling like jb and wazekwa who bought and built then sold to indians for over a million in total for both
