From 38 th minute,he talks about lack of unity in congolese music and compares it to a nest of vipers and says he regrets that clan wenge is completely scattered and he faults every of them because they do not have desire like in the past to at least reunite all together to just speak about whatever, when they started they were so united  and now its like when one has a problem it happens that some of the guys are happy to see him struggle and this hurts him a lot because they are brothers
their split had a huge impact in DRC to the extent that when people or companies had a fall out or a split it has become a part of people's language to  compare it to wenge's split with the expression " wenge epanzani" and he does not like it because its an image of division
now they have to show congolese people that unity can come back,it does not mean they have to abandon their groups to restart wenge 4X4 but it means they to be together see each other as often as possible and fight against that image of division
he really wonders why its like that and reveals for example that jb and werra are upset against him because they suspect him of being behind the fact they received silver medals rather than gold whereas he was not even in the jury and did not even fit criteria for medals himself  and makes a bit of irony saying  if he was in that jury he'd have given himself diamond medal so they must stop thinking like that and realise that with the deaths of many of our legends they are getting closer to be the remaining reference to younger guys so they have to show good example
there is  an event on 26th of august for the 3 years of  b one music show  and invites all wenge musica members from the founders to the generation of ferre mosaka seguin and co to be there and says if it happens it will send a massive message to other musicians

He is absolutely right, unfortunately, there is a lot of division now, the recent case of Fabro stealing a song of Robinio, or the fact that Bill always insults Bercy and Ferre not having a really good relationship with Werra are a result of that Wenge division, but I have to say that JB and some other leaders are trying to take the unity fact on their group, in fact you can see Lacoste really close with Parfume D'Hivers, JB Mpiana except the Mboka Liya fact, being very united and close to his musicians ( You have seen it with the fact he kept Cellulaire rip my man even though he was not productive like one time) and Fally with Identitè, Mopiwu, Kunianga and so on, the only guy that doesn't bring that unity thing is Werra, Werra sometimes seems to be a father who like to see his sons fight to see who will wins.

Blaise Bula is a failure and he wants to use his 2 other high profile former colleagues' success to remain relevant. Life goes on. Forget the nostalgia about Wenge BCBG 4x4 and start working hard to make your own name. I am tired of listening to grown men crying wolf cause they can't get their own way.

You have a good point. But then again he could actually just want a reunion.
