I am curious to know what is your opinion of JF and the likes? Everyone is entitled to their opinions and discourse is healthy. The issue I have is when it's borderline "hating" and noted based in reality. But obviously that's my problem and others may feel differently lol, but I cannot take someone seriously the moment they show that they're a hater. Wayambo is another one. I can only stand 30 seconds before I'm turned off completely lol

The mistake he made is that he did not give himself a pathway to walk back. He went too far, and he lacked a strategic vision to plan ahead. Surely, our music is about momentum in time, and one thing for certain is that no one artist can dominate forever. The level of disrespect has now made him a pariah, and funny enough he is way less popular than before he started.

This reminds me of Kirikou when he joined QL. I watched an interview in which he admitted that he was encouraged to insult Ferre, following attacks by Marc House. 'Petit, o zela nini, il faut to yebisa yo...'

But he also regretted later on, and he realized that if he was in Ferre's shoes, he wouldn't forgive himself either. All because he took it too far and that there was no way back.

I watched this interview last evening, and of course, Kibens is always entertaining.

He makes a good point, which many people fail to realize. Particularly due to fanatism but also ignorance.

Rivalry is good in every aspect of life, so long as it's healthy. I'm waiting for the day Ferre and Fally would actually step on stage together, only to reveal that they actually never had any problems between them. Obviously, the way things are now is unlikely, however, stranger things have happened.

I think it will happen for two reasons:
1. People mature, and inevitably, there's always hope.
2. Strategically, they have taken the rivalry as far as they can. Both are excelling in their respective lanes; Fally can play all the biggest arenas, however that's not Ferre ambitions. Ferre is the epitome of rhumba excellence, and that's not Fally's ambition.

My point is that strategically and financially, they could make a splash like never before. Wenge reunion was great but in this age of social media, both Fally and Ferre would have a bigger impact.

But again, the strategic advisor in me can only dream.

by the way that dancer alliance ntumba my wooooorrrdd one of the rare with delphine bola of f victeam and lisa of team wata who could stand a chance in the golden era of proper dancers, both have that stage charisma and confidence and show that dancing is not just about making stunts and twerk on stage
I had the same thought. She was excellent, and what I appreciate about her is her professionalism. On multiple occasions, and in other previous concerts, I have observed how she coaches her dance mates to ensure they following the steps and tempo.

This is someone I think would be successful opening a dance school, even virtually through YouTube or Patreon.

Yah music is really hard eish, Solo career is not jokes.......and its clear that the future ia blurry here.

You made me laugh boss. People had hopes in this guy but as things are now, if I'm honest, he will be safe if he goes back to BCBG.
I am with you on him returning to BCBG that will be a good move.
Him being solo or going back to BCBG would make no difference.
We will at least be reminded of the things he used to do there, like what happened with Bouro.........I think its better than all this, this guy is being outshone by a lot of people who are going Solo including atalakus.
Going back would certainly provide a boost. I cannot see it being worse than his current situation. He spent a good chunk of the générique praising Bin Adam anyways so he would fit right back in.

Nice générique and video to go with it.

In my opinion it was a bit too long. I found myself waiting for it to end. The changement de fréquence were well executed in general - but just too long.

Kabose also dropped "lufu", which was surprisingly good.

Quadra with "danse ya na Congolais".

Of course "mi-ange mi-demon" was fire too.

Video quality and concept makes this the best 2021 release for me, I love it.........only if Bercy never left lol
At first listen it didn't really stick for me. Will have to listen to it loud with a glass of rum.

The video on the other hand is of great quality. Love seeing this sort of production. Another thing I noticed is that Wata is starting to dress better. I can sense a touch a professional stylist in the way he's put together.

Always love seeing Japonais of course lol.

This was a pleasant surprise. On an artistic note, this was of the highest standard. Great entertainment value as well, despite having heard these songs a thousand times. The band was on the point so was the sound. Really surpassed himself with this production.

High points for me were the introduction seven. My favorite cri was the "soldat" cri - classic Kunzardo. The choreography was solid and the girls were did their thing.

Would love to see other artists replicate this format as it was greatly entertaining.

Yeah this is a clear case of 12. The fact that Igwe has yet to intervene (and he doesn't look like he will) this is likely the end of tenure.

It's a dough these artists don't realize when they're being 12 until it's too late. That or they simply feel like it cannot be happening to them.

13
Lol I second you on this man.

Indeed - well put together.

Reading through these comments, it's almost as though JB owes you guys something. Whether he chooses to release or not, it's his prerogative. Get over yourselves.
