One thing i always respect about celeo,even if i virtually and personnally aswell criticized  and confronted him a lot for how he took too long to fully reconsider himself as a full time musician and i still not am happy with his weight issues for example which affect his voice... is that if you take away the global opinion, the easy option of just saying he talks too much he makes a fool of himself,if you listen to a lot of what he says there is a lot of truth,our music has become the mess it is because of a lot of intimidation and complex that people are put into,not to believe in themselves anymore because of this and that,a lot of talented artists are being absorbed by mediatic pressure,being bullied for their affinity with certain artists and not some others ...
elengi ya congo and their exaggerated titles lol you will want so hard to skip but at the same time at some point you'll still watch

What did he say?

 in short that he wanted to show to many talented artists who are being put into inferiority complex that they have to believe in themselves and not get brainwashed to think that because they are not getting mad views and things like that it means they are not musicians,they should keep pushing and one day it will pay off,instead of just hanging up and thinking that the only way to survive is going to sxxk up to a certain artist to benefit from some money or "fans leftovers"
he also said that because of a lot of the brainwashing competition has died in the genre and it has affected our music,so he wanted to set an example for others to believe that its possible to compete with your talent as long as you put music in the center,regardless of whatever the person you have to face has or pretends to have
he also explained how he got tricked so that his concert does not happen despite having paid the hall since september
those who follow his interviews will know that its the first time since probably 8 years or something that he is speaking with that type of  self focus and determination,i hope from him that now he is fully convinced again that he is a full musician and not doing that then going in europe again to talk about his formations he's doing there and all that 

I hate all of the trolling he’s been doing on FB as of late all that talking out of his ass, but he’s right about the views, he just needs to stay consistent. If he’s serious, he needs to stay off social media and grow a thick skin. Let someone else run his accounts so he doesn’t have to answer to every critique with insults. His music should be doing the talking. On the other hand, we as fans thrive on competition but he only has three solo albums under his belt. That’s not real competition against Fally.

like you said with the thick skin thing,the trolling he does is actually payback for what he receives on daily basis on social and in real life behind the scenes,obviously yes he should pretend like some to focus on music and let other people do all sorts of dirty missions on his behalf like some,but in all fairness sometimes silence of the leaders allow whatever is said against you to really be accepted as truth due to lack of defence
ferre is a perfect example of that,yes his lack of anticipation with little sacrifices which would prove helpful in the long run and things like that cost him,but today for many people they have swallowed everything negative said about ferre to an extent that he is one of the only artists that on the most popular facebook pages for example any image related to him is having the laughing emoji under the video as somebody or several people being shady towards him have the most liked comments,its like the guy just cant ever do anything good,you'll that his martyrs will get by far the biggest hate campaign
he is rightly so criticized but also at the same time turned by many like he's become the 150Th best at the moment because of what we are criticizing him for
for example the video of him given a warm welcome in abidjan by fans at airport at 3 in the night is also followed by the laughing dominant thing,just like even the one of him being cut the electronic tape on his ankle which would have got sympathy if it was many other artists than him
back to celeo and fally i dont think and this is where people seem to make confusion he trolls or hit backs at fally to compare himself to him career wise,but rather to defend himself from a level of hate which has gone quite far behind the scenes  and materialized also on social media from the moment he refused to bow down 10 years ago so he tries at all costs to show that they wont get him to be scared and hide from media or come to crawl at them to save his face
and i agree with you that if he puts back his music at the center of his focus its the best for him,his mental resilience can be very helpful if he puts it along with his music
