No he didn’t say that LOL, why would he have a concert in London before Accors Arena it makes no sense and especially giving people just 1 month notice.

You can see that different cri's in this concert were still in development. It made me wonder if TH was already finished when they returned in November 1999, but the work of Bill Clinton in Solola Bien, wanting them to rework the animation-section which coincidended with ghostwriters giving JB extra songs in the period (Education, Accapella and Laureat's 2000) and them immediately being recorded once Tutu, Mpela and Titina travelled with JB back to Europe in March 2000. Or TH not being finished once they returned from the tour and JB just wanting to take all the time, as he saw it as the album of his life when talking in interviews about it.
