roger ngandu confirms its not the "usual form of zenith" as jb does not want a single penny from that concert and prefers all the money to go to victims of war

Good to see that something I have always had in mind has come to be, I have always said such acts will win musicians the support of the combattants.

i found this in paris streets,it a spoilt version of the concert poster probably done by combattants
it says wenge bcbg rape, poison, robbery with PPRRD( the name of president kabila's party) and as guest rwanda musica and the show will be at zenith of kingakati not paris( kingakati is the suburb of kinshasa were kabila lives)

Yes they spoiled many concert posters in the past, sold pirate versions of cd recently release for 1 EURO just to punish congolese artists,if those guys did not have true fans they would have sold no original cd and dvd
imagine they were offering those fake cds if people were not willing to pay 1 euro

back on jb's zenith,it seems the concert tickets are on their way to be sold out, over 4000 tickets have been sold already
at this rate the hall could be complete even before the concert

Hey!!! 4000 tickets? This is going to be a concert of the year......one thing is that combatants are making it popular....i am also saddened that the DRC and Paris authorities are not doing anything.

Archos, who is the promoter of this concert?

the problem is that french authorities "have other more important things to care about congolese musicians"
werra filed complaint two times, wazekwa once and so on... but nothing happened
french president promised when he want to kinshasa he will do something  but nothing has been done
plus our leaders are really doing something either,if they were united they could have gone to french authorities together and said enough is enough but they do not know how to defend themselves apart the "congolese style" you piss me off i insult, you insult me back i insult you again
its not even something complicated to sort out
if french authorities really decide concert will restard one week is too much to have things back
all they need to do is either making it clear  that combattants have no right to  forbid concerts let alone trouble them if they happen,or  reinforcing security in front of the concert hall and metro station
i think the producer of that concert, a west indies man who used to produce jb in the early 2000's, is well aware of combattants potentially causing havoc that's why they are selling tickets that early,so that people do not queue up to buy tickets and also it would be more complicated to make somebody who already has his ticked change his mind once he is there, unlike somebody who has not buyed yet
exactly 4800 seats sold out of 6300 at the moment according to ticket company, just asked today to see how it was going

many anonymous letters have been written to french embassy saying that jb will not come with musicians but rather people he has gotten money from to bring them here(human traffic) so that wenge bcbg stuggle to get visas

ARCHOS hiyo ni kazi mzuri, endelea kutupatia habari. I love this'werra is the only congolese artist in history to have played at bercy before playing at zenith.' Werrason's Zenith 2000 to me remains the best ever live performance.
