The looks! They do not really go to America for singing but media appearances and play backs. Nicole dances and has those American looks on him. Sometimes Nicole is sponsored by American donors that are close to him though boss hosts him  at his mansion.

Boss loves Cafe Roum very much. The only problem is he cannot dance. I'm WMMM to get that much space when you cannot dance means you are highly valued.
