Record labels in congolese music seems to be the new trend and those who have it do not seem to fully understand the role of a record label...example Wanted Record with Tatiana Cruz album. Before her album, Fabregas was shown in various interviews promoting Cruz album and they did a big press conference to announce the release of her album but since then nothing after that and Fabregas has quickly shifted his attention to his group album and that's all he talks about now. How can you be taken seriously as a label when you don't even know how to promote your artist through and through. Not even 3 month and we have already forgot that the poor girl released an album because her record label don't know what to do after that...Joke

That's the problem, they want to copy one another without really having any goals  or how to run a label

Exactly and the second problem being the eternal problem of our music,if they produce somebody and things start going well they are the first to see him as a threat

You are right Fally hasn't done anything with F'Victeam the label besides Libre Parcours which people can say is a commercial flop but Youtube numbers say otherwise and that Christy girl who isn't that good of a singer. Koffi seems to be on the right path but so far on his roster are guys past their prime.
Or moto asala le monde eza yo Nzambe tata, Kita okata po mokili trop matata, kata- Fally Ipupa

the problem with f victeam also is that fally wants to really officially launch f victeam's activities when he'll complete tv,radio and studio but he does not realise he is already being judged as a producer
to be honest koffi is in the best position in terms of career to make his label work well,he is 61 soon so bound to perform less and focus more on label while the other ones all still have high personal ambitions to fulfill which take most of their energy
