Ngombeshenzi, you never cease to amaze me, when I come to Kenya I will make sure that I pay you a visit and enjoy the music together,  Kenyans and Tanzanians are like twin brothers.

What is 'Hors game"?

She is so cute, If I was JB i would have kept a close eye to the Lady lover Fally Ipupa

Obosani kosilisa histoire ya Heritier ???

Alain Mpela revealed in a recent interview that JB all ready started his coup against his collegues when he appointed Alain Mpela as Chef d'Orchestre when they were in Canada in front of Blaise Bula, Alain Makaba and others which started all ready a bad atmosphere in the group.

People are blaming werrasson for the split but Jb ego after the release of his solo album was the main  reason behind the split

I think the current generation of Congolese Music, the likes of Ferre and Fally should be more creative like their brothers.  Wenge Musica led by Mpiana, Werra and took the Congolese Music to the  current level, and there is nothing else they can do, with the imminent retirement of Koffi Olomide and the apparent lack of interest from Mpiana its high time for Fally and Co to take over and lead us to the next level

I do remember in the late 90s when the likes of Pentagone,  Loi, Solola Bien, Titanic Micko and other danceable sebenes were played, the dance floor was flooded with people dancing like crazy, there was a Dj who was very good at mixing the sebenes parts of Pentagon album,  starting from Coco Madimba, Filandu and Djojo Ngonda. But now its all about Rumba which the majority of us do not understand. When you attend a ceremony here in Tanzania you will find that people still dance to Loi, solola bein, Etat Major and other old schools, the only current songs you can here are Koffi Olomide Danger De morte live, Fally Ipupa Droit  Chemin and Malewa, in some pubs they show mostly  live DVDs with Werrason dominating because of strong performance he gives and the dance styles he creates.

yes they occupied important strategic posiitions, but to say they ran the group  impossible, the 4 administrators werra, mukulu, masela, makaba share responsabilities
for example jb and makaba  were signing contracts, werra was getting  the money and sharing it with the admins plus blaise and tata
masela was however the least influent
theirs skills were complementary which help wenge reach the  top
like werra's cousin kija brown said in an interview about a book he is writing, wenge  is werra jb makaba and a bit masela
With Makaba stay in Europe most of the time, Werra and JB shared the Supreme leadership of the group, on most Concerts you could see Werra Directing band members what to do, he even had powers to suspend musicians, After the release of Feux D amour JB became more popular and in result wanted to strengthen his position as a supreme leader of the group, which Werra wouldnt agree to cede some powers

they had decided the roles after a reunion, and the fact former president mavo who was not a musician lost his head
then they picked jb president, werra financial director(and the second president behind the scenes),only makaba's role was natural as artistic director
you'll notice that it's the president and financial director who had the biggest conflict when they grew up and really understood what it meant
then there was tata as vice president and blaise as chef d orchestre but they did not have a massive role except of their singing duties

That was a problem, having a president and a defacto president.

So Mpiana was not among the founders, how he became president?

Let us and see, his first song with Maison Mere was a hit, and he impressed me a lot. He need to put his feet on the grounds,  I wish him well.

Fally and Ferre have attributes with differentiate them, Ferre has a unique voice while Fally has his own style of Music, his dancing skills, his voice also being unique and his personality, and they were already famous when they went solo. Deplik has no attributes of his own, he is just a Fally Imposter.

This boy is such a great singer, he's bringing out some fantastic melodies, Ferre and Papa Wemba must be having goose bumps watching this, the boy is good!!!

He is undoubtedly one of the great singer in Congo, arguably the best of his generation, but not an accomplished musician, he will end up like the likes Mpelas, Aimelia and Manda.

Werrason last show in Dar was organized by Club E, and it was staged at Ubungo Plaza, one of the very expensive halls in Dar, and the price was high and it was full packed, and all the newspapers in Dar hailed the show as one of the best,Koffi was brought by Tusker and he performed at Leaders grounds and the price was low,  so its difficult to  compare, Mpiana last show was staged at Leaders and he sang infront of empty seats.

44
Teh, Nenda show ya FM academia ndo utajua, FM Academia copies each and everything done at La Zamba

45
He might not be a good singer, but Werra can spot a good singer and nurture him to prominence
