extra musica remain to this day my favorite Congolese band. what made them great was that  their generique were not long and tedious with too many interchange like those of Werrason and Fallys of the world. extra musica generique tend to be 7 to 8 minute long with great sebene and danceable tune . even their rumba were short and had a sebene at the end. i wish the other Congolese band would use the extra musica formula instead of having long genereique with long boring rumba songs . its why extra musica remain very popular in Africa and their music are always played in African parties
