I moved them because there is a separate section opened for it and this way it will stay on first page longer and others can get useful information from it this way. It is not good if all the questions are posted in one section, useful information disappears easily.

I moved the CD Shop section here to the Congolese Music section. You can find it above. This way it can catch the attention of those, too, who aren't used to check the other topics. But questions like that should be addressed there. That are many useful info appearing here that should be kept easily accessible for longer periods, and cathegorizing the threads is the only way to reach this.
