I'm sure that it will lead to alot of analyse-videos. The Ivorian people are really mad in the comments

what they could not get yesterday was served to them on a golden plate of course they would not miss out
i understand though for the fans that it feels very strange from a night to another to have show cancelled but it happens unfortunately
ivorian people  are exactly like congolese(,extremely passionate and very very proud it will take just a couple of "ferre a foutaise" and sentences like that on which some congolese will dive in it to "intoxicate" the way we love snitching on each other and  it can very easily lead to a boycott of a next ferre show)
its not the same context but nomcebo pulled a relatively small crowd there for saying "she does not know any ivorian artist" whih they took with a lot of pride to make her pay

He alluded to the promoters not meeting their engagement....

Does anyone really know what happened?

honestly i saw it coming it was too good to be true to have ferre going and returning without it,the same people who did not post images of the crowd of first concert, meanwhile the rival goes 20 30 40 concerts in a row with perfect peace, only making extra headlines  with the odd funny event happening at concert here and there

''Mpiaka'' polemique only works when an artist is on stage performing to an empty hall . Ferre did an explosive show the previous day,an exceptional one for that matter, clearly he's loved in that country ,people loved the show and filled the well decorated and arranged hall.

Then that's a serious matter and glad he stood his grounds. I found that mpiaka theory silly because there was only one picture been shared as the only evidence.

I'm curious, in your opinion, how does the ongoing rift between Fally and Ferre concretely help each artists? Other than the buzz it creates.

just seen that apparently was images of the concert of  nomcebo zikode after she said she did not know any ivorian artist and did 1/4 of the hall(but at the same time i am seeing a saint valentin on the screen)
i think the video in the nightclub completely spiced up the dirty tactics on both camps(especially as it was more often one camp being accustomed to "humiliation")
it would not make any sense logically giving a show which even if it was not perfect gave several good reaction from crowd, and saying to the crowd see you tomorrow then crowd not coming at all in fact if tickets are still available logically the feedback of first concert would boost sales of the second

honestly i am tempted to say it helps them in nothing, since its not based anymore on whats THEIR JOB but the outcomes of their jobs while they are in a job where the biggest clown ever could with luck, good opportunity or great staff pull incredible "outcome"
when i mean outcome its "ba plein",awards and so on,even in live performances i have seen in some countries like here in france comedians  having concerts(michael youn for those who know him) which were way more lit that of some professional talented singers
it used to help them at the beginning when they had everything to prove but now it mainly helps fans to vent their anger due to taxes and so on lol i am being a bit caricatural here but its more or less that, one hell lot of noise ,few constructive stuff
its basically more and more about boosting egos of the fans and of them artists rather than raising the artistic game like their elders did for a relentless 10  years  end of last century to half of first decade

Good analysis, appreciate it.

Ferre should  take responsibility for his goofs. He needs to take serious his image and marketing, he's been acting too local for his stature. He needs to fire his marketing team. Ferre has few influential friends abroad unlike Fally and Koffi or Werra. Such things are not happening to Fally or Koffi because they are serious about their craft. Those are things which were happening to Gen. Defao in 90's and should not happen in 2021 to a leading artiste like Ferre. Not in a bad way but look at what Fally is doing currently, moving from one country to the other filling music halls but Ferre in stuck doing one or two shows in a month. There's no sympathy, Ferre needs to step up.

presenter jean marie molato speaks about what happened, i am not finding again the complete video like posted yesterday but he started saying that  he was disappointed both for ferre and for the fans
then he went to say that one factor which contributed massively to what happened is that in the organization of the second company there was the guy who brought him in ivory coast for the first time in 2008 and ferre's conditions were not fully respected but thanks to his frienship with some guys including him the presenter  he went back home  and this time around same things were happening and for him its a loss for both ferre and the promoters who all could have made money if they handled the things right
he cant blame ferre for refusing to perform and gives example of nigerian artists who wont even come to your country unless you have paid the whole money or will come but not step on stage without their complete money,no questions of wait after the concert or whatever
and he went on to say some producers of ivory coast are not serious with the money issues and gives example of a concert of jb which he presented as he presented most concerts of rumba artists in ivory coast, and the producer ran away leaving jb to pay tickets to go back with his group,in 2013 fally gave a concert with a lot of hours late and fans even threw bottles and chairs to them presenters because fally refused to leave hotel until he got his money and they had to negotiate until he came  later
so for him in terms of professionalism he thinks ferre did the right thing but in terms of his image with fans when artists do that fans are left surprised and upset because unless artists take upon themselves to perform without having received the money(like he did in first concert being paid after concert and allegedly the other promoters wanted to pay him this week )  fans are the one who are thrown under the bus in conflicts  between artists and promoters
and he went on to say that promoters of the second show had issues already with some of the service providers the concert was meant to start at 6PM but until  8 9PM podium was not even totally set up with the instruments and of course when  fans arrive and that 3 hours after  things still have not kicked one bit people are disappointed and eventually leave and unlike some people saying that ferre only cancelled fearing not to fill the hall there was plenty of people coming and going when seeing that the concert was not starting

This discussion is unwarranted in 2021. Have professional handlers and set your standards at this point. This should only happen to Miel De Son or Deplick but it's not even happening to Innoss, why is it happening to Ferre Gola?
