i have always wondered , what franco luambo would have thought about wenge , was he even aware of the wenge movement? was he already sick when wenge finally mad it national wide. ? have youngsters from wenge ever had a chance to meet him ? if he was still alive , would wenge have even made it to the middle 90s?

here is were is where i think koffi never knew that he was in fact confirming fally as a super star . wearing the same uniform,and having koffi singing his heart to featured song with a youngster will not happen again in these days. even when he sings with candy ...i dont feel the same thing i feel when i listen to koffi back in the says with the real latino
still dont know the composer of the song but i think its one of the best song of the album . fally really knew how to to use christa lova voice in here which is not really a beautiful and mature voice but audible ... i like the mix of rumba and mutuashi guitar style played. atele did a good job , and the singer after him i guess its massudi was just perfect. been playing the song back and back in my car .. definitely adding it in my top fally (fvicteam) top rumba list. this album may end up being a classic .my favorite song is echantillon , formol and plusque bebe( this one got a little of tchotcho vibe in it)
i came to realize that even though alain makaba has proven to be one of the one who revolutionized Congolese music by his new style of arrangement and sound ..he did not really have lot of hit sebens that hooked people at the first glance. top generic were actually played by other guitarist such as , maitre ficare , japonais , and mbokalya. the most danceable generic was mulolo,kin ebouge ,pile ou face and maybe titanic, the rest were just good to listen too but not really danceable . on the other hand roga has proven on every new album starting from the nouveau missil to obligatoire that he can make people jump from thier sit and hit the dance flore in less than a minute . he has poven even in collaboration that he can bring something different and still can make you dance ( listen to cameleon in attentat , ane bring the extract of time is money) you can feel the groove he brings . makaba had to play in album such as wake up and co , however , im pretty sure that if roga was a bit famous and experienced back then , he probably had over shined makaba. here are some nice seben of roga and makaba
im looking for some videos or sound of the late 90s called royal s.. the group had some hit songs such as chouchou marina ( by kool matope) and isabella ( with josky kiabukuta) .. is there anyone who can tell me where i can find their songs or videos. i was able to find just one video with kool matope as lead singer but the sound is really mediocre .
after a couple years in extra musica bpbl he and his friends quentin moyascko and durel louemba decided to form the group extra musica international z1 .a year later he decides to leave the groupe to form z1 international with his friend durel louemba , he then decides a year later to form another group but was advised to join wenge bcbg , unfortunatly things did not work well there , he then joined extra musica zangul of roga roga. 3 or 4 years later he decides to leave the group for some personal reasons and decided to pursue a solo career . here is a result of his work. this is a signe of his upcoming album named " l'homme a la veste rouge" the red jacket guy .. as you can notice he was the guy with red jacket in freddy nelson video clip ( les nouveaux missiles).

Hello everyone. I have been listening to choc stars this entire weekend and realized this Groupe engorged plenty of talented artists from music is to all the singers. I can say that it was one of the best group that DRC have and would ever had. Truthfully speaking I get goosebumps when I that mixture of voices ( defao, carlito, debaba and also nzaya). Unfortunately this group never had a chance to per at any mythic arenas . Still have have some questions about the departure of defao and the total dislocation of the band. Sometimes I wonder the wenge musica phenomenon and quartier latin(Koffi olomide as solo artist) success was also one the cause of this band to totally throw the towels?were there any malfunction on the management of the band or any rivalities in the group. ?
