What was wrong with gabbana?

 gabbana suffered an accident and they did not find out that his body was affected inside,they only cared about bruises and so on,and he noticed that whenever he tries to sing he was hurting inside so bad,and one day he was rehearsing at home and  he started bleeding and coughing hard
so he went to treatment but from what i know has now a different voice,he still feels pain when he tries to sing like the tenorist he once was  so apparently he adapted to that in order to save his career as a singer

Adjani will die or be burried at la Zamba...

I am not praying for his death though...
