Yes it is true. Apparently JP Kyss was the one who proposed to Madilu and Pepe Kalle to do an duo album which would have probably included Djuna Mumbafu, Nyboma, Rigo Star, Dally Kimoko, Lokassa ya Mbongo, Wuta Mayi, Ballou Kanta or Ballou Canta, Maika Munan, etc. Pepe Kalle was going to have a big year in 1999 as he was personally preparing another tour and he was preparing an duo album with Madilu as well as doing another duo album with Nyboma. Unfortunately Pepe Kalle died before any of these works would have been seen.
