Nope not at all. He was fighting the “musicien locale” allegations through the 2000’s
Not really, his first year as a solo artist after leaving Maison Mere he was doing stuff that a lot of solo artists with names can only dream of.
Don’t forget he did perform at Olympia, he only went downhill after those key members of Tonya Tonya left after that tour in 2002.
