This interview once again made me conclude that Emeneya led Victoria Eleison as a jungle. Their trip to Lubumbashi and back to Kinshasa was totally chaotic. They lived in Lubumbashi like those random musicians in Europe that travel through different cities, trying to find a bar to perform, while not having proper place to sleep. The story of all the dancers almost passing away in Lubumbashi was shocking.
The problem with Mbuta's interviews is that each person comes with his own version and we the public not knowing who's telling the truth. Mbuta needs to come with a concept called tribunal and inviting 4 artists, showing an extract of an interview asking them if what the artist told is true or not.
I was surprised that Denis Lutula also left Victoria Eleison and joined Big Stars in Kinshasa in the same period when Anthony Sampaio, Guy Moller and co left. It's sad to hear that singer Bagain Baguino passed away. He was to be seen in the VHS "Sur la Route de Bercy" of Koffi. I was wondering what he became. Just to hear that he was part of the team of Big Stars with Denis Lutula that was preparing to join the rest in Kenya. What happened to the tour of Likobe that Mbuta Likasu was preparing to do in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania ? I was waiting to hear one of those former Big Stars members to talk about everything that happened between 2000 and 2006. Also to hear Alain Mwepu who's living in Tanzania and former Tonya Tonya atalaku Washington, who lives in Nairobi
