i think i might go with jv's take aswell,bill's impact and energy was gigantic and shaped a whole generation of atalakus,but i think there is more of a vibes and efficiency thing there like with celeo and brigade aswell,from what i have seen in parties people would dance like mad to brigade and bill's work when they are already in the mood but on celeo's you'll see people stand up abruptly out of nowhere

Even though I think QL Brigade is the goat, WMM wise I only have Bill Clinton over him.
