I found these:

1. Roland TR-707 (1985): This one has been used by many artists, mainly Bozi Boziana who made multiple album with this sequencer

Zongela Ngai by Bozi Boziana (1989)

Operation Quatre by Madilu System (1992), featured in the full album

Dodo La Rose by Wenge Musica (1988), yes it's not featured in the whole song, but listen from 3:36 - those toms and claps are from the TR-707.

2. Yamaha R8 (or R8M) - (1989): I found this after Drumstar98 posted Shak Shakembo's debut album. I think this is one was used in Studio Ndiaye.

Show Time by Empire Bakuba (1996)

3. Simmons SDS-V (1981): The legendary toms we hear in the Pas de Faux Pas album

Étage Ya Suka by Quartier Latin (1992)

Thanks. In which album did they use the 727?
And when you're talked about Manu Lima and Michel Lorentz drums, are you referring to specific albums?

Don't forget the use of Roland TR-808's on the 'Siku Ya Mungu' album by Papa Wemba (All tracks except for the Salsa song "Annah")

And also the entirety of the 1984 'Proclamation' album. But The 808's stand out the most at the start of "Eben" with just a simple drum beat.

And most significantly, Franco was the first Congolese artist to utilise the drum machine in his works!
