I dont think he'll do much worse than charly solo or hadji solo and his often muffled sound while actually playing good and fast like most fans like

no he only always played rhythm,he played lead however in the first europe tour in one concert or two when the soloist christian ran away if i am not mistaken

Did he not play solo at Reddy Amisi's group?

no it was guy bayaya he played rhythm as always,he only was a full time soloist in the street groups,like one he was in with one of koffi's cousins
then from his time in maison mere he went to rhythm to try to find a spot and never made the switch back

Does Reddy still have a band or does he only work with session musicians? He won't sell as many albums if he can't tour with a band and promote the album, idk what's the strategy or if music is just a hobby for him.

He still has his band,and even celebrated  his 40 years of career last year with some of his viva elders and friends,he still does exist just that he is not much in the spotlight,he does perform abroad sometimes but with not much noise about it

Nah fr that was good. Marchouse should try to play lead on a generique.
