I think he was talking about when he joined the group and werra created an improvisation face to face with ferre and adjani and he impressed and public applauded  him a lot

yeah oboa lotin is among the best talented singer - moyembi in congo. He just lacks the charisma and ability we see in ferre and fally. Again when it comes to dancing he does not show it greatly. Archos advise werra to make oboa the chef de orchestre of  maison mere and push out guys like heritier who seem not to mature.otherwise oboa can be good leader. what makes him seen so much drawn back?

 I agree oboa lotin is a talented singer, I wonder why werra doesn't want to make him the chef de orchestre.
