Troisième mandat   >:(

I do the same when I hear the legendary générique kiekie

63
This is very good générique in hindsight. The sound is one of JP Kys’ best; crisp and clear

Congolese Music / THEY OUT HERE CLOWNING MY GUY KILEBU
« on: January 30, 2021, 22:35 »
Young kids on IG don’t know this guy was a legend back in the day. He put in hard effort and  work out of passion to be a WMM dancer. He’s also donated a considerable amount and instruments from the US to local artists

Ndeko @Manzambi tika papa; give him a pass

Band looks decent right now. Shame they can’t get an album out smh

Congolese Music / AHH, THE CHANGEMENT DE FRÉQUENCE RIGHT HERE
« on: January 01, 2021, 21:17 »
One of my all-time favorite solo rifts (5:55-). The way it just builds afterwards till the end is mesmerizing

71
Binda Bass was playing playing bass as if he were doing a solo like Lofombo. Man (4:30-onwards) is just wow

Droit De Véto overall is one of the best sounding albums of genre. The instruments were tuned so tightly with a natural acoustic sound. The use of the shakers by atalakous to enhance the sound stage and ambiance is now a now a lost art

« on: December 19, 2020, 16:41 »
Just found out the famous restauranteur has passed away. Everyone gave her mabanga due to her generosity and good food

My manager has decided that we need to silence the competition. Music critics are already calling it Effrakata Vol 2  ;D ;D
