When it come to Makaba I believe he is not Ill but there is certainly something has been wrong with his health at certain point. The guy still smokes at his age and certainly does not really care about his health. Maybe due to lack of money or just pure negligence.

You have eyes. I thought about it too. Usually that caused by sugar disease. And he doesnt look energetic.

But also Afande is not well. His body size is scary.

 with makaba it could also be the weight loss sometimes at that age the weight loss makes your face look tired
if you compared him at the former reunion without jb 10 years ago you can see he's lost some weight
