Bipoli was actually the founder of “Les 12 Apotres” de Victoria Eleison. Debaba left in somewhere in November or December 1983 to form his own band Historia Musica with his friend Koffi Olomidé. He left after leaving furious the meeting at Veve Center where all members of Victoria Eleison & the press were present, negotiating about peace, because most Victoria Eleison were furious that Verckys decided to make from Emeneya the president of their band, while they considered themselves all equal. Verckys did it because there was to much trouble in the band, since that all of them would sign contracts with concert-promoters on themselves, without informing the rest the band, just to get money and them often having 3 different concerts in different cities on the same hour. It created debts and a lot of problems, so Verckys wanted to instore some order by appointing Emeneya as president of the band. But he did it on the wrong moment (maybe on purpose), when they were about to perform at Stade Massamba-Debat in Brazzaville. After the departure of Debaba, they stayed a few months together. Then suddenly a big part of the musicians left to form Victoria Principal (Bipoli, Patcho Star, the late Tofla Kitoko,  Safro &  Huits Kilo), leaving Emeneya behind with his brother Joly Mubiala, Pinos and Petit Prince. It arranged Emeneya to become the supreme leader of Victoria Eleison.

Here guitarist Safro talking about the history of Victoria Eleison.
