Wow, Alpatshino being the second singer (right after Papa Wemba despite being an Atalaku, is extra rare for Atalakus to be respected like that and let alone having a song where they sing and even where they sing right after the leader) after the Leader Papa Wemba, in a song about Women and how much each singer in the song love his woman or how their.love for their women have developed. All of this knowing that Alpatshino got actually killed by the woman he supposed to be loved by and probably (allegedly it wasn't proven) got.his own boss involved in his death. With that said the glances that Alpatshino's wife was giving the camera looked really odd, you could see that she wasn't really in love with him how you gonna stare around and smile little when your man is singing you a love song?

Anyway man what a voice by Alpatshino the final vocalise at 1:53 these are the kind of.voices/vocalize who really get me to just listen and listen to the song again

Whi is the guy doing that sudden voice drop at 4:39 from a high pitch voice to a low one

Ahahahahahahahha, the comment who said "Voix na ye ezo Mata ba escalier" was totally on point that weird harmonization was wild but kinda good. He should follow Vieux Franck Lassant and Fabregas and doing that comedy singing type.of.music

Do you not have non-black Congolese citizens ?

They are extra rare they are either mixed or people who were born in Congo but have a total different background it is very odd to see a Congolese (like a person who speaks Lingala, KiKongo, Swahili, Tshiluba etc) with a mixed background in fact guys like Abed Achour only speak French and Moise Katumbi speaks Lingala because he grew up with his Congolese mother and his Italian father forsaked.

Congolese Music / IS GOING TO GET UGLY
« on: November 18, 2021, 06:10 »

Another interview of somebody from Werra's camp attacking Bogus not only that but claiming that Bogus was actually into witchcraft since 10 by killing people for fame...

I didn't knew that this song thing could become this big lately

Congolese Music / WHO WAS MAMA ALIANE BEFORE BEING KOFFI'S WIFE?
« on: November 18, 2021, 05:39 »
I have tried to search in the web but there aren't much information. Is she Congolese? Why is she so lightskinned? And where did her and Koffi met?

Congolese Music / UNDERRATED GÉNÉRIQUE
« on: November 17, 2021, 23:24 »

I don't know why but even if Bill make a great générique or record it seems to get unnoticed, this album deserved way better recognition, the Sound Quality is incredibly good for Congolese standards.

NGL The first two minutes of MAMD are one of the best intro of générique I have ever heard. Japonais deserve credit for that
I am hard on musicians but also soft with them when they make great music. Everytime. I put some YouTube Mix of Congolese music and MAMD came I always put.on repeat the first two minutes NGL

If true. it her loss, it not like she can replace Koffi Olomide but i know for sure Koffi will and can replace her. she has already given Koffi the greatest honor a woman can give a man which is children. it would be foolish for her to leave Mopao at this point and stage in life and go where? be with who? High value men exercise their options with multiple women, it has been like this with high value men since King Solomon day's and Mopao is no exception

 ;D ;D ;D
A fellow student of the God Father (Kevin Samuels)
Yes, Aliyah has her reasons for leaving/wanting to leave Koffi, but, Didi Stone is simply being a spoilt brat... If it wasnts for her Fathers name, nobody would've looked twice at that manly face of hers.

Ahahahaha. Oh My god I thought I was the only one following Kevin Samuels aaaah THE GODFATHER. How many of you know him?

1794
I see  many Congolese facebook pages spreading the news. Saying that now 27 years later Koffi and Aliane aka Aliya are divorcing. Also that Didi Stone is supporting her mom, because she fed to see him with Cindy, but she forgets that her mom Aliane came in when Koffi was with Ma Godé and lived 9 years like his concubine until that Godé decided to leave.

Damn. That was unexpected. I hope for Koffi is not true

He talks about his concert saying it was not packed because of mistakes of organization, the adress was not rightly given, sending people to a namesake road, other than that the hour was quite early for congolese standards as people love coming to shows one two three hours later than hour announced but he is happy still that he got to play in this difficult context
he talked about koffi's recent comments about wenge which some see as praise for wenge, and some as an attack  saying they did not fight him in the way the attack interpretation suggests
if anything it was koffi who was obsessed about them going to live in bandal near them, trying several times to get in touch with jb and werra, recruiting quartier latin based on wenge profiles
he confirmed he was approached by koffi twice but he rejected and the second time when his friend montana approached him after he left maison mere he said to him that he had decided to never again be a band member
he talked about rio and chai saying he gave them a hard time saying its false and that rio claims he did not give him microphone while they actually they were not even sharing same microphones, he was on a side with aimelia and kibens and the rest on the other side and when they arrived in europe jb told them to be close to him so that he introduces them to donors
he also misunterpreted chai's words about him spoiling zenith with his constant shoutout as jb himself saying that and uses it to say that he outshone jb at zenith ,then later on says that jb himself said on tv that aimelia did a tremendous job at zenith
(bbc must step in i feel like the aimelia and jb relationship is spoilt mainly by people around them, while jb gives bbc shoutouts in every album eversince lias left while he could easily blacklist her via esprit wenge)
he adresses also the caludji beef saying tutu is still a friend and a brother to him but he did not like the fact he acted in some sort of logic of competition to become the biggest "group" of paris trying often to perform before or after him  contacting the same musicians and so on so since he is not hypocrite he preferred to distance himself a bit from tutu but he'd never wish him any bad they are family
he also adressed champion attacking him in the name of fally saying its a shame that some grown men have no pride and go and attack other people to get some money from another man(he said same thing about tutu saying that he kicked ferre out of wenge in order to win over ferre for a featuring) and that champion should listen well before reacting he never attacked fally but instead just attacked sankara for using his praise of fally to attack wenge members, because today if sankara is in that position where fally is proud to say thats my childhood friend its because of werra and werra having them as musicians which made him benefit from hype of the group so its unfair from him to use his praising of his friend which he has every right to do to destroy those who are part of who he is today

Maybe time to stop making excuses and say the real reason why his concert wasn't really packed. With that said finally someone from an ex Wenge camp who is balanced but I didn't like the Champion's diss, I am glad he had never joined Koffi, that would have been a huge mistake for many reasons and yes. Koffi and Fally too are obsessed with Wenge especially Maison Mere, if you look at how Koffi took Brigade and Kerozene with Brigade making the Celeo and Kerozene (who hadn't a rough voice naturally) making the Bill. It worked yes but no one can say it was original. Fally is also obsessed with Wenge that is why he have tried to diminish Ferré and after that Celeo so much in his career, with that said, I wonder if there will be any Congolese from Congo artist that goes in Europe to settle there and be successful doing Strictly Congolese music. I hope there will be one but I know it is kinda of impossible

Congolese Music / Re: Negativity Towards Werrason
« on: November 17, 2021, 06:06 »
Totally agree with nkosi. Don’t know how music criticism turned into this immature type of disrespect. “Boy you want to bet smacked” ?. Let’s not get disrespectful and leave it too music criticism , debates and conversations only.

Don't provoke me Little boy. I ain't the type to play with ya dig? If you and your little friend want to act victim it doesn't flow with me ya dig? As I have said before and I will repeat you, Nkosi and all the people in the same frequency deserve to get smacked, because you don't know how to take criticism of your artist and just react without thinking logically.

He’s probably my favourite vocalist at the moment in the big groups (not a lot of options to be honest) hence why I ask, but does anyone think Cafe roum could ever have a career as a solo artist and if so how would you think it could go

No. He is too much shy, despite being a very talented singer I don't think he will have the charisma to be the leader of a band

patrick satellite has gone solo,he claims that he was seriously sick borderline dying and he received no support from the group so he decided to leave
Lol don't say it out loud,.otherwise you will have Nkosi creating.a thread on how good of an hospital Maison Mere can be

Congolese Music / Re: Negativity Towards Werrason
« on: November 15, 2021, 11:25 »
Ok guys, jokes aside....on a serious note, let us just listen to congolese music and enjoy. We all know groups are no longer as competitive as they used to be. To musicians, it is business and obviously they cannot put in 100% if it is nolonger as remunerative as it used to be. Let us appreciate the little effort they put in amidst very difficult circumstances.

We have a diverse fanbase on this forum and we learn a lot through sharing. We have a lot of Werrason fans here and not everyone might enjoy the negativity towards him, it is like we are taking the polemique off the streets of Kinshasa and bringing it here. It creates unnecessary negative energy and might make the platform toxic. My advice is that if we don't like an artist, skip the post unlike these negative comments or at least keep the negativity to yourselves. Otherwise we will turn this nice group into a platform for attacking artists, which is not good!  Let us learn, share and respect our friends that might be strong fans for artists we don't like. I think this is what has made this platform strong and mature over the years.

Thanks.
Like all the people who aren't smart enough to understand criticism and how criticism work you bash the person and the forum instead if actually focusing on the point being made you just ramble and rant. If you actually and.all the people who have agreed with you paid attention, Werra is not the only one "being bashed" in the forum. Plus being bashed? Just saying that his musicians sucks is bashing? What will JB fans will say than? Or Koffi fans will say? Have you paid attention? Fally just released a générique few days ago which all of the people in the forum said it is trash, but I wonder why you hadn't spoke about that. Let provide some sceeenshot shall we?

Here you see other artists being bashed, but yet you didn't said anything about that wonder why?
